just wondering would one have any point of having a 360 if they had a pc when alot of 360s games are on the pc. With that said would the best pairing be pc/wii or pc/ps3

Well to get the full experience of a 360/PC exclusive you need to shovel in hundreds of more dollars than buying a 360. It's just more of the easy road if your not a computer geek, at least that's how I see it. Plus can't the same be argued for getting a PS3 when people say it has a web browser and blue-ray I always saymy comp does that, although in blue-ray case it'd cost quite a bit more on PC though.
[QUOTE="Floppy_Jim"]I think the idea of the 360 being worthless if you have a PC has been proven wrong many, many times now.mitu123I approve of this post 100%. So do I. That Floppy_Jim is a smart fellow.
Far from worthless, actually. Just take out the GPU, and you'll have a portable heater. Great for cooking food or boiling water. It is a fantastic survival tool!
*snorts* I don't see any monthly fee for Steam. :xin terms of quality.[QUOTE="yoyo462001"]but Xbox live >SteamFunky_Llama
From a non biased point of view, the 360 has better RTS than the PS3.Too bad there's no good RTS games on the 360.

I completely agree. Now what?
Just no i have a 360 and PC, a gaming PC too, but Xbox live >Steam mostly because alot of my friends are on 360 and its so much easier (Party Chat).yoyo462001
Party chat is easy on PC... you having more friend on 360 has nothing to do with Live being better then Steam...

There is a point, all the game PC does not get, the ease of use, no frustration, buying new OS, Video cards, patches for game breaking bugs and incompatibilities etc etc
In fact, since 360 gets all the PC games i need and boubles that wityh its own exclusives i would never miss, it is 100% worthless for me having a PC when i can have a 360 for 1/5 the price
I have a 360 and a gaming PC and I've asked myself this question plenty of times. When I look at my 360 games though (Halo 3, GoW, Silent Hill, RE5, Mass Effect and Dead Space), I feel confident it wasn't a total waste. That said, it would probably make more sense to have a PS3 at this point. I'll get one when God of War 3 comes out...

Who are you trying to convince, the TC or yourself?
i completely agree, most of the 360 "exclusives" have better pc versions, with better and FREE onlinejust wondering would one have any point of having a 360 if they had a pc when alot of 360s games are on the pc. With that said would the best pairing be pc/wii or pc/ps3

There is Gears of War and Mass Effect. What else is there? So far, with your newly created account, you're nil in debate victories. For me it isn't the best, but far from worthless. It's great for Fighters, Action games, and the few 360 exclusives worth playing. If I had to have just one console and a PC, I'd go PC/Wii.

And 80% of those PS3 games are mostly likely be found on the 360 also like tekken 6 for example.;)

were talking about so called exclusives bud And I'm talking links to prove your claims. Hurry up, would you kindly? i already answered u, u said those were the only 2, i proved u wrong, no need to do it againI would say that it is. You can play games that are on 360 but with better graphics, mods, and don't need to worry about XBL. If you don't like keyboard and mouse then you can use a controller (hell, even a 360 controller). And you can connect your PC to a TV if you want so you can basically get the same experience as the 360 but better. The only thing I'd give the 360, and any other console for that matter, is convenience.

Well done.
Again, humor me for a moment. Where's that link?

in game Chat on most games is quite bad, the whole steam network is not as good as Live or as streamlined.[QUOTE="PS3Fanaddict"][QUOTE="Verge_6"] And I'm talking links to prove your claims.
