Is Modnations the Mario Kart killer?

Modnation gets props for putting a community gaming concept as it's main focus. User Generated content should not be frowned upon. Especially considering how well done it looks for the most part. That said the actual racing isn't as tight as say Mario Kart for my own liking, but it's fun. There is this shockwave power that's super awesome, and your characters taunt the racers around them :)jg4xchamp

3D Dot Game Heroes is the Zelda killer because... FACT.

Modnation Racers the the Mario Kart killer because... FACT.

There you go. I added FACT at the end of each sentence, which saved me the effort of elaborating after "because..." Trey 4evar. I win System Wars. FACT.

It seems that Modnations is better in every way.

There hasn't been a good Mario Kart game in a long time. It's dead all on it's own. Modnation racers is doing what Nintendo should've done.EmperorSupreme

I like the track editor. I preorder so ill have ratchet and clank, sacboy, airplane gs thing and a random preorder skin

i dont understand how a sony exclusive could kill a nintendo exclusive, or visa versa, it doesnt really seem like they would effect eachothers sales very much...

either way they are both fun games, i think they can learn alot from each other to make better games.

Nothing can replace Mario Kart but the one game I liked no I LOVED over mario kart was KART RIDER, best kart game I have ever played... if Kart Rider ever makes it to consoles then Mario Kart will be officially dethroned... as far as Modnatons and mario kart.... will reserve judgement untill I play the demo.

It was a revolution, control scheme changed to tilt based. It's awesome. Evolution aswell, they added stunts + new tracks of high quality.
