I'm not going to restate why as it will take far too long to explain, but you should also keep in mind the fact that Nintendo makes the WORST pieces of hardware right behind M$. They're systems are just far too unreliable and are bound to break, it's only a matter of time.
Like my stupid DS broke because they made the touch screen to flimsy.
I didn't like the pen that came with the DS so I used my own and I got an ink stain on the screen and when I tride to rub it off I couldn't because it was stuck on there REALLY good. So I tried to rub if off with my thumbeven harder but then my thumb went through the glass and I had to go to the hospital. I wanted to sue but I couldn't because they said I misused their product, that just shows you what Nintendo thinks of their consumers. They don't even care about their consumers health! So much for "seal of quality"!
So given the facts that the 3DS hurts to play and can cause blindness AND the fact that Nintendo got sued today for ripping off someone else, why would it not be pulled from the market, especially with the FAR superior Vita coming out ?

Are you silly? I can pretty much garauntee that you don't own a 3DS...
Do you not know how to take care of your hardware? It's you're own fault that ink leaked on to your screen, not Nintendo's. You're seriously not trying to use that as a valid argument, are you? Every bit of Nintendo hardware I have ever owned has worked tip-top and to this day my NES, SNES, and even my original GameBoy work just fine.
You just need to stop treating your hardware like crap.
I treat my hardware just fine, it was Nintendo's fault in the 1st place. They said their touch screen is easy to clean but they clearly lied. I told my friends about it and they said that they have never heard of that happening, but I know that they're lying. They're just to embaressed to admit it beause they are nintendo fanboys, that's why. I'm pretty sure what happened to me happenes ALL the time and it's going to be even worse with the 3DS and it causing headaches and temporaily blindness.
I have never had any Sony product ever break on me before but I have had PLENTY of Nintedo products and MS products break on me. It's pretty obvious that Sony is the only company that knows how to make the superior and reliable hardware IMO which happens to be very educated BTW. It doesn't matter though because the PS Vita will dominate the handheld market and the 3DS will be pulled from shelves for being a portable health hazard.
You clearly don't treat your products just fine if you're getting ink on them in any way, the DS's touch screen wasn't meant to have ink spilled on it. It's physically impossible for a DS screen to break in the manner than you've told us and even on the chance that it happened there was no way it did any sort of damage that needed medical attention. I think you're too embarassed to admit that you're telling us a bogus story and that you're a Sony fanboy. No, it doesn't happen all the time. I'm a retailer who sells these things on a regular basis, I've never heard of anyone complaining of temporary blindness.
You're being suggested to stop while you're ahead because your time on these forums (especially System Wars) will be short lived if you keep feeding users nonsense. I've been nice to you, don't even try to get PC gamers going because they'll laugh you off the site.
