[QUOTE="nhh18"]Sigh. You are such a jerk, and wrong. There are barely any jags at all in killzone 2 why don't you play the game. ACtually I'm bailing out of this argument. I don't want to bother anymore. Anyway, KZ2 has 4X AA.

 Well now we are angry with the facts, if you think KZ2 has 4X AA then you are sorely mistaken. It does not. Here have a look.
Deffered Shading is used in KZ2.
look it up.
"Another rather important disadvantage is, that due to separating the lighting stage from the geometric stage, hardware anti alias does not produce correct results any more: although the first pass used when rendering the basic properties (diffuse, normal etc.) can use anti alias, it's not until full lighting has been applied that anti alias is needed. One of the usual techniques to overcome this limitation is using edge detection on the final image and then applying blur over the edges"
I didn't want to bother with you, again and finally reported you for being one of the biggest jerks on this site but here"Killzone 2 shipped with 2x quincox MSAA and a fat deferred shading buffer 64 Megs! If i recall correctly. However, it was PS3 only, and killzone 2 essentially has no foilage - the world is desolate & urban. They certainly aren't rendering jungles." They also used the buffer system and blurto simulate 4xMSAA. Now that I'm tired of this argument and you are now the biggest jerk and I actually reported you for actually messaging me.
Usually when you insult someone you don't snitch that person 2 seconds after because that's gonna backfire, trust me. I can just report you now for trolling, ya know ;) Second, repeating the same insult over and over again makes you look childish, especially after you snitch. Finally, you're still wrong and you implicitly admitted in in your post. Look at the red part: there is no real AA, it's just simulation, like you said. Massive blurring to hide the gazillion imperfections of the game that cows will never admit, and minimal FOV to make up for the performance loss.
Oh yeah, and you still don't have a valid reason to report him, other than "he proved me wrong!".
