Graphical downgrade is very common, since the more complete the game is, the more tweaks that devs need to make so that the game stay consistent from the beginning to the end.
Look at the crisp detail on the trees, low level of fog and low bloom.
Now look at the muddy textures, fog rolling in like a damn storm on the Bering Sea, and your eyes burned out from the sun.

Is easy lower the quality of the video to 144 or 260 and make a gif at low quality video,dude i saw the new build running on HD it looks nothing like that,but if you lower the quality on the setting oh what do you know.? The video look just like that..

@rjdofu: I think you mean the XB1 has less games running in 1080p than WiiU. So far only 3 games on XB1 that are 1080p Titanfall, Ryse, and COD.
PS4 1080p games are: KZSF, Warframe, Planteside 2, Knack, Driveclub, Infamous, Resogun, etc.
But nice selfownage though. I'm sure if you squeeze your eyes tight enough Ryse will look like it's running at 1080p/60fps despite the fact it's running at a "balanced" 900p/30fps lol.
@ermacness: That's primarily due to KI being a downloadable game and is a design decision for a more cinematic and stylized game. Giving the developers choices is great for devs and gamers.

1. Comparing the Wii-U to the PS4 in technicalities is kind of "idiotic" since KZ: SF would literally kamikaze a Wii-U console if ported over.
