[QUOTE="spartan-kratos"]Funny how this thread is about Graphics, but no one dares bring up Graphics, instead they change the subject to scores, sales, CODT-razor1
What the heck is this? LMAO
You mad brah? Seriously that's the vibe I'm getting from you. Do you feel that threatened about a game that is also coming to the PS3? You make no sense.
"No one dares bring up graphics"
I'll be happy to..
1. The LoT article is comparing a retail game to a multiplayer beta, which Crytek already said was an old build of the game. Hardly conclusive.
2. Both games look great and neither of these games are owning the other one. So you saying things like "killzowned" makes you look silly.
3. C2 (360) still beats KZ3 graphically. Crytek has this photorealistic look about their graphics which looks fantastic. On top of that while KZ3 looks great, surprisingly I find the graphics to be a bit inconsistent sometimes (Refer to point 4.)
4. KZ3 has some great looking gun models and lighting but in all honesty it has this weird look about it and others have also mentioned this that some of the structures/polygons almost look like they are moving or breaking up (most notably the edges) when you stand still and look around for a bit. Also there are some areas where the textures look great (mostly up close character and gun models) and other areas where they look a bit weak (some portions of the environment).
Think I'm crazy? Well my friend take a look at the "hard proof" taken straight from the horses mouth, the same site that you are using to claim ownage with
Digital foundary on the AA in KZ3:
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-vs-killzone-3?page=1
"It's fair to say that there is both good and bad. On the jungle campaign stage, the results are absolutely phenomenal: uncannily good in fact, with virtually no edge-aliasing issues. The MLAA post-processing works beautifully in adding to the organic feel of the level. However, on the more industrial stages, the hard edges and something akin to a specular sheen producesapixel-crawling effect that is not ideal." Based on vids shown of C2 and my time spent in the 360 beta I didn't see any such effect which I myself have seen in the KZ3 SP and MP games and I must say it looks nasty. Digital Foundary saying that the effect is "not ideal" is an understatement and them being nice
LMAO if you continue reading they start talking about KZ2 and how that game virtually has no AA issues  So it looks like you killzowned yourself from the very site you're trying to claim ownage with :lol: I love it! Sure they say the game is a step above KZ2 but it's not perfect and nowhere did they say it is graphically better than C2 for you to say "hard proof Killzowned". If anything you're the one that Killzowned yourself based on some of the comments made about the AA in KZ3.
5. This video in 720p is enough for me to say that C2 beats Killzone 3.
