I had a good feeling about this game, glad it's getting great reviews. The GS Reviewer spent 15 hours with the game, which is good enough for me. I was concerned it would be too short. Will you be picking this up, SW?
If it's a Nintendont/Phony game, of course the review starts at +4 before even getting started with the reviewing so at the end of the review if it's a 9/10 than a 6/10 is the reality here. lol :P
@SecretPolice: No, Nintendo games are actually three points better than what their scores say. Critics underrate Nintendo games all the time because science says so. Kirby and the Forgotten Land is actually a 12/10 on GameSpot and a 115 on Metacritic. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Hahahahah... Love it!!! ;)
Finally a good Kirby game after the mediocrity that was Star Allies. I can pretend that game doesn't exist & say this is the Switch's true Kirby game!
I'll get it in next month as I got bigger fish to fry this month.
as long as you're not frying any Kirbys
Very nice. Looks like the Switch has yet another banger for it. Never did try the demo yet but I am really liking what I’ve been seeing and hearing on the game. I will be grabbing this myself.
Great game to keep you busy for 10h. Then what?
lol maybe.. go on to the next game?
Like what? The Switch doesn't know what this means.
Wasn’t impressed at all with the demo but not too surprised if the subsequent levels are better. However based on the demo gamespot’s first two “the good” are not truthful and I don’t see how they would be better in a full game. The mouthful mode is a gimmick that they design short sections of level around just to justify their existence (much like Mario Oddysey’s hats), and the copy abilities are much pared down and have less impact thanks to HP sponge (mini)bosses.
Seeing gamespot claim otherwise immediately makes me skeptical of this review.

Just to save everyone time, I'll summarize the rest of this:
*List of current and upcoming Switch games*
"Those don't count because bad graphics/will be delayed/made for kids."
*Conversation ends and Hardwenzen goes back to shilling ER*

Reasonably accurate, but i would also mention the pathetic frame rate that is in most Switch games.
@hardwenzen: Ah right, when you take the framerate and claim that it's 10-15FPS lower than it actually is. Almost forgot.
Don't be ridiculous. Sometimes its 20fps lower than what it should be.
I want this game, but it won't be a day 1. I'll wait for one of the rare Switch game sales and pick it up. I am way too busy with Elden Ring, Ghost of Tsushima, and Persona 5 Royal to start any other games.
@SecretPolice: it's +4 and it's a 6 so it ends up being a 9.
I remember when trolls were capable of adding 4 to 6 correctly.
Add any other characters and themes in replace of Kirby's and it's a 7 or lower. This goes for any Nintendo game. Once millinials die out and newer generations grow up to become game journalists and reviewers whom haven't grown up with the original NES and SNES, only then will Nintendo games start to fall off. Until then, nostalgia glasses will remain on.

True statement. I mean you have to be savage to come at Kirby like that. Kirby is such a cute little blob of squishy feelings. How you come at it like that?!
On a side note, Millennials will soon rule the earth and sacrifice the blood of gen-z so that we may have a good harvest the year after. And Kirby will remain top shelf. Gonna be awesome.
I never had any desire to play Kirby games though I do love to use him in Super Smash Bros., I could say the same about Pokémon too, no interest in games but they make for great fighters in SSB.
After reading some of the reviews, Kirby of the Forgotten Land may be the first Kirby game that catches my interest since Kirby Epic Yarn on the Wii more than a decade ago.
@wiiboxstation:
Derp, unlike like MS games, Phony/Nintendont games are given a possibility of 11/10 so do da math.
Sheeesh, I figured everyone knew that. lol
Anyway, I went back to edit that then thought eh, leave it be. :P
