So if he genuinely disagrees with the public opinion about Uncharted 2 that makes his opinion an "attempt to be cool/different"? How does him disagreeing with you and others make his opinion is casted aside but when someone praises the game they are not bashed because it fits the public opinion?

The thing about the internet is the fact that anyone can pass biasness off as an opinion... A Game is Over-rated, sure tat can be an opinion but it can also be someone just trying to act like they are better than everyone else. With the internet you never know if it is someone's real opinion or not.

So Demon's Souls can't be classified as one of the best games ever because you think Half Life is a better game? The way i look at it is we have have opinions then we have professional reviewers opinions... Since we don't have factual evidence as to which games are considered better than others, critics reviews are the closest thing to facts we have to back up claims. Besides who said HL isn't one of the best games ever? Im just saying if a game wins GOTY it has its own spot in the Best Game Ever Category.

BTW I think Demon's Souls is a way better game than the Half Life series
