KZ2 textures look bad? really? (56k run)

Can you give some? cuz from what i know neither the GT nor the IGN review say anything about that (video review) and + Gears got a 9.5 at graphics at ign :|

I did not say they are comparing it to crysis i said they said it's the most visually impressive game yet made, which means it's better than crysis in their opinion for it does not state most visually impressive CONSOLE GAME. And yet again CVG does not state it's the best looking it says "someof the most impressive visual playgrounds we've seen in a console game" hence the SOME.

Anyways what does this have to do with the thread?(it's my fault i got caught in the subject as well) you won't accpet anybody else's opinion, and you won't ever admit something that favours the ps3.Gears 2 is a fantastic looking game and i think it's a tie with uncharted/mgs4 whatever.

This is a KZ2 thread, so please everybody stop with the gearsvs anything else thing :P

Yeah , when games are so similar in terms of graphic "power" , everything gets thrown to subjectivity , artwork , the variety in the colour palette , etc... , i think MGS4 is the console graphics king , but i wont take any offense if anyone thinks differently.

Me too :?. IMO Gears 2 has better textures from what we've seen now (where the U3 engine excells). But overall KZ2 looks better. There's more to graphics than textures.

killzone 2 renders the entirelevel at once, i dont have ne specific screens showing that many ppl on at once, but we know it can handle a lot, take the online for example u can have 31 guys on ur screen at once

and the amount if things that go on in KZ2, if u look at the start of the newer single player level we've been shown u'll see A LOT of detail, people crawling on the ground, landers flying over, artillery hitting all over, medics going to help people, soldiers shooting, rockets flying, and with all that going on u pick up a rocket launcher and destroy a bridge with like 10 people on it

1.) ALL MP pics and MP player footage we see are from the May 2008 (or ealier) build.

2.) Of course right now SP looks noticelbly better than MP. But what will happen when MP looks as good as SP :shock: ?
