Lemmings why don't u just get a PC

Seriouslya decent PC isnot that expensive as everyone thinks.

Can any lemming give me a reason to get a 360 if I already have a good PC? Last gen I ended up sellin my Xbox because it had no good or original exclusive content, It was such a waste of money, all the games I used to play on my Xbox were avalible for either my PC, my PS2 or my GCN... It seems this gen I'm just gonna stick with my Wiii and my PC.

I have both and i love microsofts games:P so i never miss out any of there games

Yeah. Games like Resident Evil 5 and GTA 4 will probably come to PC at some point in time too. So don't buy a 360 for them unless you can't wait to play them.

So would I but gaming is my main hobby so I don't mind spending cash on it. For some people both platforms would not be worth it.

The most obvious reason would be to play the games that aren't on PC like Dead Rising, DOA 4, PGR 3, Lost Odyssey, Forza 2, Kameo, Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Viva Pinata, Banjo Kazooie, Saints Row, Ninja Gaiden 2, Cry On ect.JimmyT2

Really? I wouldn't have expected it to be ported over but thanks for the update.

I think alot of people have both. I'd rather just play a pre-optimized game for console with exceptions to RTSs. Like other people said also, I'd rather not wait additional years to play games. Even one year longer for Mass Effect is too long.

Fanboys always hide behind the almighty PC whenever their favorite console doesn't have features or games that the 360 already have.

Because I prefer to play the games when they come out not wait 2 to 3 years to get what xbox players already enjoyed. Plus a lot of exclusives that 360 has.Eltroz

I'm confused dude... I use my PC for lots of things, so having a good PC is always nice, but if I already have a system where I can play the best games of the Xbox and 360 why would I waste my money on the consoles?

PC's are very high Maintenance. If you want to play games with good graphics without having to think about requirements or tweaking games to make them run smoother then the 360 is the better choice. Personally I don't like playing games on my PC that much. Except for rts games, the only reason I'm upgrading my PC is to play rts games.

You can get similar controllers for the PC u know... And I don't have to worry about specs either, right now my PC can handle any game without problems, and it will stay that way for at least a couple of years more.

Still, I like for my games to look and play well. On the PC, with older cards you need to sacrifice one for the other.

Not every decision I make is based on cold logic. Sometimes I just want stuff, so I get it.

I'm also just used to console gaming. It's the gaming I've always done, and probably will always do as long as it exists. Not to mention that it's easy, just plug in the power and you're done. All the games are perfectly optimized for it, no question. I can also play with and talk with friends about it easily, because they have the exact same machine as me, and likely some of the same games.

PC is probably a better gaming platform overall..but I don't care, I like what 360 does and it works well for me.

PC online has nothing on XBL. Messages to freinds, voice messages, XBLA, better demos, etc.........Blackout-------

have fun playing COD2 with 8 players online....

the PC version supports 64....and user made content....

not to mention X-Fire does everything you mentioned.....and is free.

Good is a very subjective word and some of those games have not even been released. Many of the ones that have were well received by critics. If you don't like them that's fine and you shouldn't feel the need to justify your gaming tastes with threads such as these. However you should realise that for people with different gaming tastes to yours the 360 is well worth it regardless of what other platforms someone owns.

Yet that doesnt stop the game from still looking good. A card that maxes out Oblivion, near the end of the 360's lifespan, may not be able to max out PC games - but that still wont stop it from outputting the 360's visuals.
