whats really pitiful is that you feel so much cooler pointing out flaws of the ps3,heres one for ya,although ac2 runs a litle rougher on ps3,your 360 will likley crap out on you before the holidays,360 cant touch ps3 in no category,some multi plats are smoother on 360,but its still crap,I know my ps3 wont crap out on me while playin ac2,to bad you cant say the same,you do know that even chumps like you can afford ps3 now right,no need to make yourself try to justify your crappy purchase.wake up,its the ps3 turn to shine,uc2,best action game,ratchet and clank ,lbp,best platformers,kz2,best fps,demons soul,best rpg,gt5,best racing,need I say more ,PS3 4evermjfan2000

WOW while I would never have gone on a rant like that, some of what you say is true

The 360 just cannot compete with PS3 exclusives.

so what? AC2 performs a little differently on PS3, does it matter when the PS3 has uncharted 1 and 2?

does it matter if MW2 performs a little differently on PS3 when the PS3 has the superb Killzone 2?

does it matter if prototype performs a little differently on PS3 when PS3 has infamous?

If Lems have to point out every graphical detail no matter how small to make them fell good about their console of choice, I say let them do it, because no matter what the difference is between multiplat games, it does not change the fact that the PS3 still has the better playing and looking games of this gen. It also does not change the fact the nothing on the 360 has come close to what is now a two year old game (uncharted 1).

all i can say is god help the 360 when games like KZ3, GT5, GOW3 and Heavy rain come out

Exactly. The thing is, is that 3rd party developers shouldn't have to keep wasting their time, money, & resources just to make PS3 versions of games on par with the 360 versions (or even better than the 360 versions, for that matter). Especially when the PS3 is STILL being stuck in 3rd place, development costs keep rising, & that most PS3 versions of games really don't sell very well compared to 360 versions. Do Cows honestly think that 3rd party devs have the kind of money to waste just trying to make PS3 versions look on par with 360 or even better than 360? That's why we see most games being multiplatform.

Even when PS3 reaches it's full potential, & by the time that happens, both Nintendo & Microsoft would be out with their next gen consoles that would make those PS3 graphics look very dated. Guaranteed.

Ah, bringing up exclusives like Killzone 2 & Uncharted 2. Don't even act like those two games alone are the "be all, end all" of consoles. The 360 still has a lot of power left. Not to mention that the PC easily blows away both of them.

Did anyone notice they had to use a lot of special tools to be able to tell differences you will not see while playing the game?

The fact that they have to resort to using a "microscope" to be able to tell the difference of an entire package just shows how equal they are when you play.

Looks like they failed to adjust some video settings on the tv for the ps3 version.

This, honestly, disgusts me. I make a thread about the GAME Assassins Creed 2, and it struggles to get posts. Then the Lens of Truth posts graphical differences, and now everyone cares about the game. This is just disgusting. Only word for it.

Plus with the first link that I posted, you can also view LOT's & IGN's comparisons by just simply clicking on their logos right next to Eurogamer/Digital Foundry's logo from each specific game. For IGN, you got to have an insider subscription to view their comparisons.

I know it, but its pretty annoying. Im pretty pumped for this game, and actually wondering where the reviews are. Im suprised IGN didnt pop one out yet, since they always jump the gun early. Im confident it will score higher than the first for sure.

I always wonder the same thing. When I play titles at home, my PS3 always has much more rich and vibrant colors than my 360 does, yet with a lot of these comparisons the PS3 looks more, as you put it, "washed out."

As far as multiplats go, I've learned that one system really doesn't dominate the other visually anymore.You do occaisonally get onewhere one of the versions is wayoff, like Ghostbusters, but most of the time the differences are minor.
