That is all I can think of, everything elese does deserve its ratting on a lot of different merrits, but they may still be overhyped, just not overrated.
ODST, fallout 3 (first wrpg i had no desire to finish..), Braid, Infamous and resistance 2(this game is awful and the visuals are terrible). I also need to mention PDZ and GRAW
Bioshock - It's good but I didn't feel it was as amazing as everyone always makes it out to be Halo 3 - After Halo 2 it was an improvement...but I still felt it wasn't really anything too special and certainly not as good as the first COD4 - People call it the best shooter of all time. That alone makes it Overrated. GTA4 - While it's great people billed it as being godly. It was good times but I felt it wasn't as much fun as Vice City or San Andreas. Kill Zone 2 - It's a good game but I felt it was more AA than AAA.

Modern Warfare 2 hasn't even come out yet so if you're putting on on your top 5 overrated w/o even playing it tells us enough about you people. And I don't get how FO3 is overrated, so amazing, but to each his own opinion.
The Gears of War franchise, and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. That's pretty much it, really. Although after having played Modern Warfare 2, I have a much higher appreciation for the Modern Warfare series, as well as the Call of Duty games as a whole.atm0073
