I'm glad to see it get recognition from GS. As much as everyone wants to deny it, GS scores still have alot of weight towards SW opinions.. unfortunately.

Anyways, this has been on my "will buy on release day" for a long time now. When's it hitting NA now? July 21st or something?

Espado: Despite GS saying it doesn't have a great story they do note that it brings up some very interesting issues(check out the last or 2nd last paragraph of the review.

I do agree with your statement, though.

I never care about score, graphics, etc. Just as long as it is a fun game.

"This Little King's story is a little weak, however, and for the most part it plays out as a simple tale of world domination. Nevertheless, the beautiful and often surreal cut-scenes and set-pieces that punctuate the story make up for this in some fashion because they are often worth watching in their own right"

"In addition to featuring amusing characters, gorgeous visuals, and challenging boss fights, it also raises interesting points about religion, the nature of leadership, the rights of monarchy, and a whole host of other things"

Sounds like GS thinks it has some positive sides as well, having good characters and bringing up interesting points about certain topics.

Besides, it's not a regular Jrpg. It's a RTS/RPG hybrid of sorts.

EDIT: This flopped? I thought SW had it hyped at AA?

They aren't slow, they are just not fast :P (still waiting for rune factory review)

Wii is racking up the AAs this year. I'll admit, LKS does look pretty sweet. :P

I'm sure this was a flop....good score none the less.
