You do realise the dev would have to move the character on the screen to take each screenshot. Its not ONE screenshot zoomed in its TWO seperate screenshots of the same thing to mess with your head. And I highley doubt any photoshop artist could forge this 5 minutes after the screens were leaked.

And how to respond to someone who doesn't read the full thread. When in the thread its already been shown that the real picture is of a guy going up to a poster and taking a picture of it. While the brick one is just fake.

No, they were fooled just like youare. The Posters were the ones who came to the conclusion that one was fake and one was not. The dev released two pictures and said "this is the current build". He know some of you would be stupid and try to make a determination that one was fake and one was real.

If you were to use any common sence and really look at the two pictures you'd realize that both pictures are from the same area only in slightly diffrent positions. Answer this question who do you think the dev would most like to f*** with? Sony fans or you doubters who'd like to think that the games looks bad anyway.

I mean it dosen't really make any sence to show bad pictures the day before you show off to the public because everyone will already kow it looks bad...or will they.

It's an in-game poster, really can't expect too much from them...

Go to the other thread and find my post.... I said "I think the pic is real, and I also said it's way off from the E3 05 CGI", I dont know what this is supposed to prove, I didnt see people hollaring "ITS TEH FAKE", I seen people discussing it, and wondering and commenting on the screen itself, but to the TC, dude you need to calm down.

Neither pic is looking very nice, now maybe in motion it will, but we'll see and even if it does end up being the best looking game we've ever seen ( I doubt it ), it will still have to prove itself with some solid gameplay to get the respect.

Killzone 2 is being overhyped...

I mean seriously the 1st one sucked, and sequels usually suck more:(

Oh really I don't remember seeing the devs in that thread confirming both pictures. Rather I remember seeing them confirm that sole picture. And the devs did confirm that the picture without the brick was in fact in-game, and real. And yes initially when I say the second I thought ah lol they got me. But if you really look at it, it could be extremely easy to photoshop the original picture onto a brick wall texture, create that tap effect, and move the gun. Also I can point to you in that thread were a Killzone Dev states the non-brick picture is in fact real where your proof that a dev said the other was real. You show me that proof, and I'll admit ownage, and happily await more news on this game.

And what makes you think I'm a doubter? No where did I bash the game Killzone or say that its going to be a bad game. I'm looking forward to playing the game once its released.

some dude motherh or w.e on playstation boards ( a guerlla game dev. ) posted the first ever in game shot of killzone 2. in the same thread like 20 pages down a second pic comes up. it looks to be similar tot he first just ina different position and you can see a the helghast as a poster. the TC of this thread is saying both pics are real and are just showin a poster in the game. some ppl think only 1 is real and 1 is fake.

Same here, it' all rather confusing :(

There's no second pic on any official sites, and the gun looks like it's been stretched out to give the impression of being at a different angle (the refraction in the site looks the same apart form being stretched out) and the wall is apparently fake, but the original shot is aparently a close up of a poster despite not having any tape in the corners......gah, confusion :(

I'm not yet impressed, but Killzone looked a hell of a lot worse than that. It barely had any lighting effects in it.

Some guy photoshopped a picture showing how awful Killzone 2 looks, by making it appear that the original screenshot is just infact a poster found on a wall somewhere in the game. Why the poster would look like a game screenshot is beyond me. Anyways, it's just been proven that the picture where it appears to be a poster is fake.

another thing to look at (people have such limited preception) Look at the position of the scope and the wall on the, so-called, real pic...see where it is almost at the level of the birck trim in of the poster? Now look at it in the, so-called, fake pic...see where that same scope site is almost at the very top of that section of the wall of that poster?

I think lemmings are desperate to try an believe that one of these pictures is fake (the good one) and one is real (the bad one) to try and make themselves feel better before E3....and that's exactly what Sony and the killzone devs want them to do. :? I guess it's working.

wow.that's a first. normally your the one that know exactly what goes on in every thread you post in and own the people who talk out of their ass. here's a short summary:

lemmings bashed the original picture of killzone saying the game look slike trash because of the poor quality textures and the fact it doesn't live up to the e3 2005 trailer at all.

cows are saying that the image the lemmings were talking about is acually an in-game poster such as those in gears or graw (where you would see in-game advertisements for dodge.)

sheeps just came in here talking about graphics because they didn't want to feel left out of the conversation.

For those that don't know MotherH is a Killzone 2 Dev.

And so called good one has NOT been confirmed by a dev, and others are showing how it could be photoshoped.

With that said Killzone 2 will be an excellent game so just stop trying to spread unconfirmed news, and wait for the conference after the MS conference tonight.
