[QUOTE="cipherr"]Good observation, How excited can these guys be to do the ports for the PS3 when they know going in it's going to mean longer hours to work, more effort and they get the same pay no matter what. No wonder these guys are just phoning it in.Plus the install base is there with X360. The odds of it selling more are greater. It will always come down to money! I don't care if Burnout, Haze or any other game from EA is built from the ground up on PS3 & ported to X360...X360 will sell more copies for them well into 08' and probably look better doing it. The system is just easier to dev for & they get more out of it w/out breaking a sweat.I dont think this says anything about the power of the ps3. It shows that devs dont feel putting the extra time needed for tr PS3 version is worth the time money or effort.
And that my friends, is much worse news than the PS3 being difficult to program for.

Someone had mentioned earlier in this thread or maybe it was another....That possibly the ram being split up could be causing lil things like this to happen to PS3 games. Having the unified memory allows the devs to choose what is going to be used for what. Just a thought.... *shrug*
