I was actually expecting this after the Eurogamer review and the overall AA score its been getting as in low 8. I would like to play this it sounds ok but its a flop nonetheless.

Seems like there has been alot of that going around, like a cold. Unless your a cow in which case you apparently have the vaccine. (KZ2 MLB)

God GS, First Empire then this?

7.5 = very good guys. There's nothing wrong with good games , enjoy them. I had fun with Ratchet and Clank , 007 , Mirror's Edge , etc. If you don't want to pay full price for it ...... rent it or wait until it hits the bargain bin.

After finishing the review, Kevin didn't even seem overly harsh. He just seemed to strongly dislike the fact the game didn't hold the players hand. The game is much more difficult and takes several more hours to beat, and for a beat-em up, a genre that hasn't seen the light of day in years, six hours is above average length.

It just goes to show that accessibility is more important than gameplay, graphics, soundtrack, and replay value, at least to these critics. I'll still be picking it up. :)

Another thing how can a site that gave NMH a 9, which while I loved, was broken and repetitive, turn around and give this well made and unique game that is full of variety a 7.5?

So I realized the review was up and yeah, I didn't enjoy the way it was written. The score doesn't bother me at all but the text wasn't helpful really. I won't read the E: TW review because I know nothing about RTSs so I wouldn't be able to gage properly. I hope the meltdowns aren't too bad since 7.5 is a good score but a flop is a flop and it looks like Madworld is the lastest victim. And yes, I agree that his scores don't really match up with the text. What baffles me more is the lack of visual design emblem, really?

I knew this wouldn't get AAA here, so many different glaring problems I was noticing in reviews and on top of that it just didn't look all that amazing. Glad to see GS is still holding Wii titles to high standards rather than lowering their expectations.

Solid score. It's not a game that really interests me though.

The Single negative other than the fact that you have to start at the beginning of a level when you lose all your lives (I thought people liked that...)

Meh, I'll still pick this up sometime in March or April. Reviews are starting to have so little meaning for me now that I play games that don't always get the best scores.
