Yes! Im gonna wait an extra year for the superior console version of the game.
Seriously, its sad when you claim ownage with a year old game being ported.
Umm Resident Evil 4 on the PS2 & PC was inferior to the Gamecube port and they came out after. before the Wii version thoughYes! Im gonna wait an extra year for the superior console version of the game.

The 360 and PC graphics are the same. The PS3 ones are superior. Its a good thing I have a PC and played it a year earlier with already superior graphics. Also paid less too.

Im sorry is the PS3 version running at full 1080p, 16xAF, x8 AA and and several other features that further increase visual fidelity?

I think he means before the mods came in and spruced up ME 2 for the pc.
since the 360 and pc versions looked identical on the pc and 360, save for higher res and AA.
If that's what he's thinking then he's right.

They released a patch to increase the visuals of RE4 on the PC and fans when another step further.

There is no AA option in ME2, and AF doesn't change much. I would rather take the better textures and lightning, instead of the extra resolution.[QUOTE="theuncharted34"][QUOTE="navyguy21"] I hope you are joking :|GeneralShowzer

I doubt they are silly enough to claim the PS3 is out performing PC, everyone knows PC has the superior resolution and quality filters.
But the PC version was a none-enhanced 360 port, so PC inherited 360s graphical limitations.
360 version probably ate more than 256mb of its unified memory as ram, leaving less for textures and such. Since PS3 has faster ram it can swap out information more and probably made it fit in 256mb, and it has 256mb dedicated as Vram.
So I wouldn't be surprised if PS3 did get slight richer looking textures than the 360 version, problem is that's the version we got.

Never mind they are being silly...
never mind it wasn't the lighting. They actually do look sharper :)theuncharted34
I would say the PS3 version looks more colorful. We only saw a short comparison of Jacob's face but going by that I would say the 360 version looks more dull and bland.
Watching more of the footage I can see it still has the ugly contrast filter that makes everything way too dark.
I am glad I can get rid of that in the PC version.
I would say the PS3 version is pretty close to the vanilla PC version (not counting modified config) minus the AA and AF and higher res.

I know what you're saying man, the core graphics may look better on the ps3, (if there are indeed no mods), but then you have 1080p and higher resoultions. So the pc version still looks better.

Bioware is such an awesome company. They go an extra mile for the ps3 version but stopped short of making the PC version run.

Honestly? That comparison shot? People are seriously seeing an ounce of improvement over it?
Solution:
There's this option, under "options" on the PC version that's called "brightness". Usually when this is increased the dark shades in-game go away. That comparison picture is a perfect example.
How about gameplay mechanics? Like a new class, abilities maybe? Or different rewards as you level? Not the same.....thing....again...?
