Bu...but... teh 2 years later! :cry:Â
I'm sure Spore, Crysis, Hellgate, Left 4 Dead, Half Life Episode 2, Empire Earth 3, and whatever else is planned for 2008 will keep me occupied. :)
Thats assuming of course that Valve doesn't delay it again for the...
I've lost count how many times now?
Damn cliffhangers... at least Episode 1 gave more resolution then Halo 2's "ending".
Â
Yeah, that's true. I was cool with the Halo 2 ending, I'm patient. And in my case. REALLY patient. But with Half-Life 2, after that final scene in the Citadel...Let's just say I was like DAMN. Glad Episode One came along. I guess for me, it has more to do with caring more about the characters and the story in Half-Life than Halo.

To me, Halo represents the human conflict during a time of crisis. While Half-Life represents the human struggle during a time of oppression.
Waiting for the inevitable PC verison of Halo 3? Can't say I blame you, I can never get used to a controller's inaccuracy either (and console's lack of mods/subpar multiplayer, perhaps I'm just a bit too impatient waiting for the inevitable PC ports).
I actually never got around to completing the HL2 single player until Episode one came out, but I agree, after that scene in the Citadel it wouldn't download fast enough. Come to think of it... Black Mesa Source can't come out fast enough either.
Â
Man, it looks really great. Coming along nicely. Â
