MCC Still broken, MS giving refunds and 343 apologizes.

This is a mentality that everyone need to have, just because a game scores low because of someone else's opinion dosent mean you wont enjoy it, i always look at Destiny for compression that game got low scores all over the place but its been my most played game of the year i seriously starting to have a hard time putting it down, playing it daily since it was released two months ago and highly excited for the DLC next month.

these games maybe flops but dosent mean they arent enjoyable to play.

Well, I can respect that at least. The Order looks like a critical disaster score wise (my GS hype would probably be 6.0), but it also looks like a game I would enjoy unless the story is just Killzone terrible.

Theres a difference between a game with bad gameplay and a game with broken features. At least features can be fixed. Some games are bad in both cases (Drive Club).

Have faith in The Order. I'm hyping it AAA!

There's a lot of stuff they still have to show with this game, especially in terms of gameplay mechanics. The newer build is also heavily improved, they added stuff like better feeling controls, better feeling and sounding guns, limb removal on enemies, melee attacks, and just better overall effects, none of which were present in the last build they showed.

Looking forward to the new demo at Playstation Experience, hopefully they show off combat against the werewolves.

The MCC review is a bit of a grey area because it didn't score low for any reason other than matchmaking not working properly at launch. The only reason that I have a problem with the review is because games like Unity and BF4 get let off for having the same sort of problems.

I'm tempted to get a refund and buy it again once its all ironed out. I really want to try some H2A matches but can't find anything, even post patch.

People who want a refund on this masterpiece are fools. This aint no TLOU garbage remaster lolz

i think its funny. people on the first page over a week and a half ago were like "ohh it will be fixed in a few days" well today match making is still half broken. joining on friends is still glitchy as hell and i still get dropped from parties while in match making.

Even after the recent patch neither MS or 343 have made any comments on how the game is holding which seem to prove its still broken.

this better not be a trend this gen or its gonna suck to release broken games and "fix them" after a few months or even a year from release, better get a refund now before they stop allowing it

@finalstar2007: they have made a comment actually. Not much to say, but they are at least communicating. Yes it is very much still broken, much improved but broken none the less. It'll eventually be fixed, and when it is it'll be fun as hell.

As I've said before, I'm glad they used MCC as an example with the 6/10 score. When it's fixed it won't be fair to compare it to other games that got 6/10 but it's a deserved score none the less. Launching like this is inexcusable.

The game had a freaking long list of bugs posted by 343 it was not just matchmaking dude..

The game scored low because those games almost all of them are in working form right now on xbox 360,on XBO they are broken MCC is not a new game is a 4 game pack which most of the games have a working version.

Unity and BF4 were new games not rehash with bugs and problems..

No this is Halo rehash with a fu** ton of problems and bugs reason why it scored so low while TLOU was able to keep its 95 score.....

I know there is more bugs but the reviewer only focused on the multiplayer for his negative and 4 point deduction. I have played the campaign for 50 hours so far and encountered two bugs (music and save bug for one mission). Halo 4 had some major framerate drops though around 3 times but I don't give a shit about that garbage game.

THE GAME is constantly being patched fixed hopefully MS deletes the game from their hard drive if they ask for a refund and are banned from ever rebuying the product if they do get a refund either have faith in the product or never play it again imo

They focus on online because that is Halo bread and butter,offline you can play all those games on xbox 360 including Halo 2 since the xbox 360 is backward compatible,but online is the selling point of both CE and Halo 2 and both are broken so yeah they slam the game for it.

Again question those who rated the game 9 based on the game been Halo alone,because if i was one of those gamers that do go by scores and bough MCC and found out the freaking game is broken as hell i would be really mad and would not read that site again..

Still haven't been able to play a match. After waiting10 minutes and not finding a single player in a halo game is quite ridiculous.

People make me laugh. I'm the biggest halo fan out there, and this score is deserved. No more broken launches, if this score sends a message to help stop that from happening then I'm all for it. Can't believe peiple trying to defend this game though. Makes no sense.

Review score does not make the game bad and unenjoyable. It just allows rival fanboys to claim ownage in this meta game we call system wars. Let it be lol. My favourite game this gen is Ryse. Most people will call me crazy for that, I mean look at the score right?

Yep, December 9th and the Beta comes out for Halo 5. Another great option on top of the already incredible Holiday season that Microsoft has bestowed upon us.

Think about all the thousands of people who bought an xbone just to play this game online. They bought the game, system, live gold, and then this happens. Talk about leaving a sour taste in your mouth. Defend it all you want, but this is really bad news for a struggling, last place console. This is the biggest release yet for xbone and word of mouth is spreading like wildfire on social media, as if xbone needed more bad PR on this system.

played my first multiplayer game today, ive had the game since launch...it was awesome. halo 2 br on some map. after game finished, it said error connecting to players and backed me out to the lobby. game was lag free though. will play more tonight just arsenla/united playing right now

I haven't tried in a few days. Does online work? I have yet to play online. When I try it says searching for players for a long time till I get tired and quit.

Shame that after the update, there are still tons of problems to release. They really shouldn't have released this game so soon.

That's two Halo games 343 dropped the ball on and arguably, this release is much worse. They have me worried a bit for Halo 5, but at least Halo 5 will have a public beta which will help the game.

lol, the COWards might have under-hyped in your hype thread to save your asses, but Drive Club was the most hyped game this gen so far. You guys can act as if it was only hyped for its graphics, but the cows said on different occasions, it would be better than FM5 and then FH2.

Drive Club is the Lair of this gen. You guys even had me thinking it would be the first true current gen game. I was expecting it to come in and be the biggest thing. I hyped MCC a 9, but I never considered it like a current gen game. Just a really good and much needed filler during the games drought.

Everyone hyping MCC knew exactly what they would be getting, ports of past gen games.

Honestly, the idea that a collection of past games flopping is anywhere near the same a big current gen game flopping is just ridiculous.
