I would look dumb if I do.
But there's something I would like to say - PS3 doesn't have 256MB of memory, it's 512MB. It is split into 2 places and it's possible to merge them two together by being clever in programming. PS3's memory architecture is indeed more complicated to work with but if you are clever, you can do it.
I don't know Epic's level of experience on PS3's hardware but it could be that they have no idea how to work with PS3's architecture. They didn't answer the question, they dodged it instead - this is where it got interesting.
Honestly, I think Epic should have kept their mouth shut.
