mgs4 is not as perfect as gamespot and others say

Isn't it time people realized that 10/10 here on Gamespot is NOT a perfect game?

Because if it was, you'd bet that both MGS4 and GTAIV wouldn't have gotten a 10/10, and a whole bunch of other games that got 9.5/10 would have gotten less than that because they aren't even close to being perfect.

So give the site a brake already.

its not perfect... nothing is perfect. but it is an amazing game...

god, get over it. so many people wanted this game to flop... and when it didn't they are now trying to claim it is rubbish, despite all the evidence to the opposite. this is, without doubt, one of the best games of this gen. is it the best... maybe, but that is a matter of opinion.

Sums it up. There are flaws though jusdt like you said.

I think the fact that this game is a 10 and AAAAE, lems are crying over it too much. They have Gear 2 to look forward to at getting a 10 I think.

Fact:

There are like 3 cows that own a 360.

40% of 360 owners also own a PS3. Coincidence? One sect is made up of delusional fanboys, the other is made up of smart people who know what the TRUE best system is.

I liked all the cutscenes. Its a natural thing to happen to a game that has to have so much closure to a really large story. A lot of that could not be explained through normal gameplay.

And have you even played it. By the sounds of things, you have never played it. The gameplay in the game is fantastic and really varied.

Amazing game. Not perfect. But still awesome.

Except for tha majority of reviews, they were knocked off points for their flaws? MGS? Nope. Why? Because no one plays MGS to play MGS. They play it for the cutscene.

seriously the game is just like watching a whole big movie rather than playing the game. when your finally playing, it ends too soon, and your already involved in a 15-20 min cutscene for nothing. i think gta iv is better. because your playing the game more than just watching long random cutscenes.caliente_hot

caliente_hot, you need to raalise that maybe you don't like the game and that is fine, but critics are going to give it what THEY think it deserves. They aren't gonna send you and e-mail and let you call the shots no matter what the **** you think. So get real.

All comes down to preferences, some people might like that. Even GS confirmed there are a few places where there are long cutscenes with only little bits of gameplay.EuroMafia

Im afraid it all comes down to jealousy because the first AAAAE of this gen is on Ps3, this people bash the game for the system it is exclusive to.

10/10 =/= Perfect.

The fact I can list 5 things wrong with Ocarina of Time proves that.. SoulCalibur, not so much but w/e.

Awwwwww, why do these type of posts pop up every day? Just get over it and suck it up that gaming sites gave the game a perfect 10 vs your opinion. Its not the end of the world for the 360 you know.
