To seriously answer your question: nothing that's gaming-relevant.

If you care about Windows 8 and the new Metro UI, or if you like that Verizon FIOS or Comcast is coming to the 360, or if you like the ability to have IGN or watch FOX shows on the 360, then yeah.

Also, Kinect for Windows is coming in Februrary. The next Windows 8 milestone will also come in late February, with a release not too soon afterwards.

How so? They are making Windows 8 able to run on High end PCs and other devices like phones, tablets, etc. Being able to run full applications on your tablet is going give them the edge over other Mobile OSs. :)

Those rumours looks so misleading that I don't believe any of them. However, I would really like to see the new Xbox at the CES.
