If they were to announce it tonight, hypothetically, it would be a nice amount of time to build up hype to show off all of their Launch titles E3, just like Nintendo will be doing with the Wii-U.
makes sense to announce it in some form tbh, gets a headstart on sony, and gets out before nintendo can show anything concrete

Nintendo didn't show off much - they've left that for E3 2012. They have the advantage in terms of people being curious for next gen, MS could use this gap to their advantage. dont get too excited, in all likely hood nothing will be announced, it makes sense to announce it and build hype for e3 but when did that ever have any bearing on what these companies do
there is a good opportunity to get the hype rolling for e3 though, just have to wait and see i suppose

I got the same error. I was using Google Chrome and then I changed to Firefox. Stream works for me now.
