I dunno about 98/100 but I loved the game so much and it's my most played game of the past gen. The multiplayer freeroam is just a blast

But its still better than the console version which has the most disgusting washed up, muddy visuals, terrible AA if any, and my god, those fps drops.

It's also my least favorite GTA (not counting the first ones with the top-down view). Still, that doesn't change the fact it's still a damn fine game, and now, it gets even better...

Looks at least a generation and one sixth better than Playstation fowr.

So true. Ever since I got the PC version, the console version became useless to me.

Not only does it have better visuals, higher resolutions and a more stable framerate. It also has the video editor which offers hours of fun and lets people do really creative stuff. Some videos on youtube are really impressive.

Game has terrible problems with texture mods and shader mods in general. It's a bad PC port no matter what you do with the thing.

GTA4 runs like crap, add an ENB and it's unplayable. Maybe i'll try again when I get a new gpu but even then i doubt it will be over 30fps.

This is the thing with ENB...there isn't just one ENB mod.  There are hundreds and hundreds.  ICEnhancer is not just ENB files, it's a huge pile of other extra things as well, and to get it to look even more like the screens in the OP, you need car mods, building and road textures, etc.  ICenhancer makes just about any system shit bricks....and to top it all off, the only version of the game it works fully on is patch 1040, the worst running version of the game.

I run an ENB mod in my GTA IV as well, but it isnt ICEnhancer, and my game is patched up all the way.  Performance is as good as vanilla.

Hermits - playing the same games with different skins over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. GTA V will be out soon at it won't have the same res but it will still be 10x times better looking than GTA IV iCEnhancer. Kind of like comparing Mila Kunis with Anjelina Jolie, after she is 60 and had dozens of plastic surgery procedures. Used to look good once, not anymore. robybaggio
