Modded GTA IV is graphics king.

Found this while looking for episodes mods.

I honestly can't wait for this to go on sale tomorrow.i've been itching to play GTAIV on my PCAnimal-Mother

I don't agree but the mods make it look very nice..

Too bad it needed to be modded to acheive that. normal GTAIV looks bad.

Got the game about a week ago off steam, and decided to mess around with some mods today. Without a doubt the best looking game on any platform with the right mod configurations.
