More Bugs in Madden 2008 for 360

it's ok......after all if X360 owners can put up with the crappiest hardware I've ever seen a few bugs that freezes the game or whatever is no big deal. At least the game doesn't cost $100 to fix.darthogre

Crappy hardware, yet the PS3 version doesn't look nearly as good and runs at half the framerate, yep thats some crappy hardware.

Not to mention that the PS3 version will have all the same bugs as the 360 version. But I wouldn't expect these haters to understand why.

and yes i know that the ps3 version has these bugs...maybe cause its the same game. im not bashing the 360, just madden.

And APF 2K8 isn't? What new modes are there? None. Um any gameplay changes? Nope. Its 2K5 with legends, accept it, I loved 2K football when it had the NFL license but 2K8 was garbage. Weapons system adds so much more depth to the gameplay, the more presnap control gives endless possibilities and a lot more strategy to the game. The minigames are fun as always with some friends. The online didn't change but if it ain't broke don't fix it. The superstar mode focuses more on Football and less on lame movie deals and side quests and what not. The camera was improved for all positions so it isn't annoying any more. The Defensive AI especially is improved greatly, corners will bat the ball down every time they get to it, if not they will intercept it. The CBs are stuck to the WRs like glue in this version.

Madden is just like any other major sports title. NBA Live or 2k Basketball. It's the same sort of stuff. Updated rosters, improvement upon AI, better graphics, and new gameplay features that make each rendition worth owning.

challenging experience on the field, possibly even a bit too challenging, depending on your tastes. DBs seem to just magnetize themselves to receivers and always find a way to get an arm up to swat a pass away. linebackers are tough to get the ball by a lot of times.

The superstar mode is much as it was last year

buying upgrades for their stadiums, gaining sponsorship deals, and even opting to move the whole bloody thing to another town if so inclined

The core graphics engine hasn't evolved much from last year

Madden 08's audio is the one area that really feels like it lacks...Heck, even the Super Bowl feels low-rent. There's practically nothing in the game to separate it from any other game during the regular season

You have not played Madden 08. Your opinion isn't valid lol. How are you going to tell me its the same when you haven't played it? I was in the lab for 12 hours straight upon release. The game is infact different. Gamespot says its different. Gamespot is the law of system wars. You fail.
