I love the Kratos gameplay trailer but I have to admit Kratos's design and the GOW3 stage have been quite downgraded. Don't get me wrong the stage and Kratos still look really impressive but go play the 2D style battle with Zeus in GOW3 and you will straight away notice how sharp the scenery looks compared to that same stage in MK. Of course MK9 is running on the UI3 so that's expected from it compared to the engine GOW3 is running on.

Anyway new trailer below, and it's pretty damn sweet.

Saw the old Shang Tsung in there. I wonder if that's just a skin or if he'll have his own moveset.

I love how cyber sub looks. Reminds me of predator. Im curious to find out if hes a what if characer from arcade mode ending or if he really becomes that in story mode. If he does then I guess smoke and him will be switching places on the robot and non robot scene. Talking about smoke whats with the hair. I mean is he from the 80's or something.

haha its a day one for sure :). That is saying a lot too given all the games this year and the need to select a few for day one purchases.

Oh and people are whining that DLC is already being announced, but IMO the team did this right. The game is likely done or darn close to it and they are tuning things. Of course they could add in more characters and release it much later, but the fact is they are jam packing the game more than most any other fighter and most other games for that matter. It just shows that they are going to continue to support the game even after its out IMO.
