Yes, I was raised by Nintendo.
Who wasn't.

I was raised by nintendo had a snes and 64 didn't get a PS till right before then PS2 came out and didn't get that until 01 when MGS2 came out. (Had a DC)
And in those days they released games aimed at the core audience a lot of them. I was happy and content and didn't care about a genesis or playstation. But with the PS2 it had better games so I follow where the good games are and saw what the GC was offering and said thanks but no thanks they didn't have what I wanted. And now they really don't have what I want because they went for the casual audience.
I think its pretty clear that its at least 50/50 in my situation.
Yeah as I got older I moved on to better games. The Wii was my 1st out of the 3 next gen consoles. Too bad they don't release quality games often..
Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts is one of my favourite games of the generation. I didn't "grow up" I just lost interest in Nintendo's rehashing the same old ideas a hundred times.

I was raised by the hero of time.
The hero of time is on a Nintendo and Sony platformGeneralization? I'm sure a lot of us grew up with either of the early consoles (too many consoles then nintendo couldn't have been the first)or pc.
