Blizzard is not overrated, their games are superb. They may take a bit of time more to release a game, they may not have as many games, but how many bad games have they produced?ArisShadows

Wow is certainly not the 'worst game ever'. Even suggesting that is ridiculous. Certainly it's got great appeal to have 9 million+ people playing it so everyone should at least respect them for that. The characters have a wide range of abilities, talesnts, and skills, professions, etc. It's not successful because it's bad, that is for sure. Some people may not lke it. That is certainly fine. But for people who join guilds and end up playing withdozens and dozens of friends; it can be enjoyable. I played it for a while, get sick of it... then go back.

Blizzard needs to step up and come out with the next-gen Wow thatbreaks all new ground.It's done incredible job and huge user base but I too believe they need to be doing more. Still I think they need to stick with what they do best. They've cut their teeth on this WOW and proven they can pull in absolutely huge number of customers for it. But I've been there. I've done that. And now I want to see them up the ante.

I own Dawn of War and one of my favorite, but personally my beloved is Starcraft. A game that I been playing close to a decade, a game that many many other been playing for the longest of time. A game that became something almost holy in another country,tournaments and TV Channels. A game with a superb storyline, three balanced races that completely different next to each other, unforgetable moment and characters. Just because your sole opinion doesn't for some strange reason don't like it, you can't just look away at how many are against you. Keep your opinion, but please know what its not fact.

I knew someone would say Rare. They are definately not, look at the games they made for the N64 and SNES:

Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, 3
Donkey Kong 64
Banjo Kazooie and Tooie
Goldeneye
Perfect Dark
Star Fox and Star Fox 64

Every one of those games was either good or absolutely amazing.

Did Rare make Star Fox/64, i thought they took over the star fox games after N64 and made the GC Star fox's like Adventures, which was bad compared to Star Fox/64, hence y ppl name rare as overhyped because they made great games like donkey kong and now make subpar star fox games...
