Nobody's senses work exactly the same as everyone else's.
The way I percieve the world is likely a very different perception than the way you percieve the world.
My sense of sight, smell, taste and feel are all unique to me.
I notice slight motion blur. Extremely difficult to pick out the fact that there is motion blur, but YES, I do recognize it.
Nothing wrong with my brain, just everyone has different and unique senses.
I don't think motion blur can actually be as exagerated as it is in video games though, regardless of how someone percieves something. I mean if it were as bad as it was in video games it would be a bit worrying.
Video game graphics can only go so far, but as newer tech is released and created the realism will vastly improve, but we have not reached that point yet...but yea MB in games is a bit exagerated, due to missing elements, in lighting, objects, and motion.
