My xbox360 broke for the 2nd time iam done. what system should i buy ps3 or wii?

OK well my xbox360 has broke 2 times in a row red lights of death iam done with xbox360 its such a bad system so much problems so iam thinking of getting the ps3 or wii

which one shoulld i get?

My god 10 360s! Thats simply unbelievable lol. I would have called it quits after 2 or 3. I guess Im lucky. I've owned every worthwhile console since the 2600 including a launch 360 and never once had a system failure.

Oh yeah and TC I recommend a PS3. Dont get me wrong, Super Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3 are 2 of my favorite games this gen, but the Wii just doesnt have much else to offer as of right now, or in the near future. I only keep mine with the hopes of a Zelda announcement sometime soon.

PS3 is a good reliable console (I only know one guy irl who had a faulty one), has lots of good exclusives and tons of multiplats, good free online service, lots of functionality right out the box and has a decent selection of new titles in the pipeline for next year.

Too bad about your 360 though. It has a great software line up, but the hardware reliability is garbage.

My 360 gave out on me 2 times. The first time it was the 3 red rings, the second time the disc drive gave out. After the second time, I just purchased a PS3. I admit (although most gamers wont) that I play 6 plus hours often. When I get a game like GTA4, or Madden....I'll run wild with it. Basically everyone knows that the 360 isnt reliable hardware, Its just not a work horse. I got the PS3 to easy the workload of my 360...along with other things like exclusives, bluray, free online, wireless and reliable hardware. PS3....and then take it easy on your 360.

LMAO! I want to know too!

TC go with a PS3. The Wii will be a waste of your time and coming from the 360, it will not fulfill you gaming needs. The PS3 is a work horse and I at least put 30-35hrs a week into it and it is still running strong. If you do not need to sell you 360 to get a PS3, you should buy the PS3 and get your 360 fixed.

A ps3 if you want 90% of your exclusives to be shooters, and wii if you want lots of variety in your gaming.
