those are extremely rare cases that it's almost a null and void point. and in the case the devs dont fix it, usually the mod community patches it up and makes it the superior version. but again, this is usually very rare

People are aware that the 360 has games. The complaints come from where the system is NOW, and whether or not it makes sense to buy one. There just isn't much on the horizon outside of Kinect support. It feels like Gears3/Forza4/Halo4 will be the last hurrah for the sytem.

Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza, Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza, Alan Wake, Halo, Halo, Forza, Fable, Gears......

This is pretty much all the 360 has ever had. And I'm not gonna support their ideology of releasing sequels of the same three or four games with little to no variety in their lineup. Two shooters, a racer, and a pseudo-RPG. People harp on Nintendo for using the same franchises but at least the gameplay has some diversity.
