Uncharted 2 for its cinematic action, superb storytelling, blending interactive cutscenes with gameplay flawlessly and phenomenal animation.

You can see its influence in games like inFAMOUS2, Dead Space 2, Enslaved, etc

Not to mentioned it evolved what was capables of consoles, graphics wise.

I agree with Assassins Creed, the freedom of it and the crowds in the game are astounding. I also say Demons souls for action rpgs. It didnt focus on story or leveling and grinding but pure skill, and the online mechanics were great.
