Still doesn't change the fact that this game is totally overhyped.

It does look nice. The addition of gravity ignoring tracks will ensure there is at least one thing fresh about it even if the rest isn't.

Damn yea i knew since the beggining it was going to be superb 9.0 quality game, hopefully GS doesnt flop it.

Wonder if Nintendo will port this gem to Xbox One/PS4 ? since theres a big fanbase from all consoles waiting for it. :P

Yummy. Looks like core Mario Kart gameplay, with more content/racers/tracks, the new F Zero-y stuff, and in super pretty HD and HOPEFULLY some proper online too.

Will be a AAA game, day 1 buy for me if all that is true :)

Honestly, the thing everyone has drooling for this game is that it looks flashy and fancy...

Just saw the preview on gamespot and it's looking very good. Graphics look nice and the gameplay looks like it will combine the best of previous MK.

If it had a track editor, which I hope it does, it would have infinite replayability.

might be from Super Circuit for GBA? I don't recall any of the Mario circuit tracks from SNES having puddles like that.

But it did have molehills if I'm not mistaken. The puddles could be added for graphical effect.

But it could be super circuit too, it also had those colored block along the sidelines... Whatever it is, the remade old tracks are looking great !

It has not even map editor... and online is dead like other Wii U online games which is sad.

There are better games on PS2,PS3, Xbox, Kinect Kart Racers and smaller racers games than Mario Kart 8. Why would you play with your own? Maps looks empty also. At least give map editor or better grahpics... but no... Nintendo dosent care.

It's really unforgivable that the online for this game is already dead, isn't it?

Id have preferred something new from Nintendo. It looks all well and good but I just don't give a shit anymore, all they do is jerk off sequel after sequel after sequel that are always inferior to their originals. Just once I wish Nintendo had an original idea.

It amazes me though how many gamers always bitch about companies always re-doing the same thing, releasing nothing but sequels, and milking franchises but then they get on their knees and beg Nintendo to drop another hot steamy Mario game on their faces and pay for it and then thank them for it.

Looks really good. Yoshi & Shy Guy are my favs to use so i love the trailer even more.
