downgrade confirmed, but whats even better is that 15 to 20 fps framerate throughout most of the video, which was no doubt run on a bleeding edge rig. this doesnt even hold up to uncharted 4, much less real ps4 graphical showcases.

Witcher is a PC game why would console ppl play it? Thats like playing diablo 3 on console doesn't make any sense whatsoever, leave this game to PC gamers and walk away.next they will want starcraft 2 and league of legends

Hardly anything you post ever makes sense, but this one is up there with the most nonsensical. Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition is actually very good on consoles and a totally fine alternative for people who don't have a PC that can run it. Not to mention that The Witcher and Diablo have nothing in common other than once upon a time being PC exclusives and that's about it.

did you not see the video of the pc version compared to what the game looks like on PS4/XB1?

go re-check the video on the differences the hair and faces look way different its like a generational leap in differences no reason to play a last gen witcher just looks horrid on ps4/xb1

diablo 3 runs worse on console and the controls feel very awkward especially the inventory its much slower than k/m control using analog doesn't measure up

Having played Divinity 2 Saga: it has helped reiterate just how overrated this series is.

It looks fine graphically but I have 0 faith in me enjoying this game. First two were hella mediocre games and with so many delightful RPGs this year I can't even pretend to get excited for The Witcher 3.

@ProtossRushX: Lmao Diablo 3 runs at a rock solid 60fps on PS4 and you don't have to click a mouse to move. Diablo 3 on consoles is simply the best way to play.

Can't believe people are saying it's downgraded. It's running on high settings (not even ultra) yet it looks even better than 35 minutes gameplay released few months ago. Then it's downgraded compared to what exactly? 2013 Vgx trailer barely showed any footage. It only shows completely different parts of the map for few seconds and even his hair look worse in that footage.

They're so used to their games being horribly downgraded that they can't except that PC doesn't really have downgrades, just lower settings. You'd think they would have learned after Crysis when few PCs at the time could max it at playable framerates, but no. Also grasping at straws for "ownage" when they nothing to counter with.

These nitpicking over pixels/fps in multiplats getting boring, the game will be great no matter what platform. Why not fight over what platform have the best exclusives...

DA:I looked and played great on Ps4, it blew my mind with the graphic. Storm Coast at the beach with the big waves just wow my jaw dropped, looked stunning. The Fallow Mire stood out as well imo. I had no problems at all with the framerate or graphic.

I could probably notice the difference here and there if we put up all 3 versions to each other IRL but what is the point? I dont feel i missing out on the game because i didnt play on PC. I dont think you played Ps4 or Xboner version.

It is the games that is important and not the platform we play them on.

CD Projekt is a small company relative to the giant publishers/devs teams.

All I know is that PS4 can't even run it at High Settings. This game deserves to be played at maximum fidelity.

The maps have been made smaller for consoles as well. Along with simplified gameplay.
