i believe it why because -  do you think microsoft is going to rush again their already behind wiiu so what is the advantage that theyll have ? and before any one says wiiu is dead lets look at 3ds ,     i hardly call wiiu dead it needs games yes but its far from dead its still any ones game ,  if any of the other 2 mess up nintendo is going to take advantage of it  Â

Did anyone actually read the rumor?
According to the source it looks like Microsoft is having trouble getting the Blu-ray license for the new console mounted player (because, apparently, of some kind of long time Sony exclusive to the console market), and this caused a delay in the time to market. It is not clear yet whether such incidents are related solely to the European market or if it is a problem globally.
That really doesn't seem too far-fetched. Sony secured exclusive rights to the format on consoles and in return they included it in every console. Seems quite possible.
