He can play just fine..he just thinks he shouldn't have to wait in a line. Sounds like that guy has never played an MMO at launch before.

they should do a free version of SWTOR and then prompt you to pay after a certain time period or levl cap has lapsed.

Cause right now people who are subscribed to this game are not getting their money's worth.

You're not paying for more with an MMORPG. 99% of the content pushes in most modern-day pay-to-play MMO's are free, unlike map-pack #100.

Considering the amount of time and money that went into SWTOR, it's really no shock that Bioware is charging a monthly fee. However, I agree that buying MMO's at launch is generally a bad idea.

I've been playing SWTOR since the day it went live (birthday present, I didn't physically buy it) and the game is the most polished MMO that I've ever seen at launch. Most of the complaints are computer illiterates who do not realize that their machine cannot handle SWTOR.
