Oh dear... I think you've done more harm than good for the Wii cause m'dear.

About half of your games looked decent, with only 1 or 2 even looking original and compelling. Fatal Frame 4, Rune Factory and Monster Hunter 3 will be worth a look, the rest, well... It looks bleak.

I'm hoping for better on my Wii.

The Wii is actually turning into a pretty nifty system. It was a bit crappy at first but it's complementing my PC very well

IMO the PC is lacking in platformers, JRPGs, Sports games, Action-Adventure games and japanese support in general. The Wii has all that as well as a few cool looking downloadable title like bomberman, lit and lost winds

I'm happy with my purchase right now although I do expect a lot come E3

I don't even know where to start with your uninformed response. First GTA4 isn't on PC so you fail there. Second the 360 version is not only not the better version, but it is the worst version. This is common sense that was established when the game released. Try keeping up. Your precious D/L content doesn't count for two reasons. It isn't free because you have to pay for it. And where is it? I haven't seen any D/L content. And last fail in your post is you clearly know nothing about the PS3 and it's exclusives if you think it only has one good one. First off there is a version of GTA4 coming to the PC, if you'd rather spend 400+ dollars on a failed console then wait that's up to you. But stop trying to paint it as a smart decision

Secondly the 360 version of GTA 4 is easily superior to the PS3 version. It has already been judged to be technically superior but it's also getting the DLC.

You asked why the consumer should pay for extra content, but as far as I'm aware that's always been the case. Maybe in your magical fantasy land everything is free but in reality a significant slice of DLC has always cost money. Be it the warhawk expansions or the oblivion one.

Animal Crossing to come to WiiWare

They chose Wii Ware because everyone who can access the Wii Shop has internet access. Therefore, the people who download Animal Crossing will be able to enjoy everything the game has to offer. Plus, the game focuses a huge portion on community aspects. If you don’t have online, Animal Crossing Wii loses a good portion of its appeal. Making sure that you can go online is a big concern with Nintendo. As always, friend codes are still a must. This version of Crossing will be more ambitious than previous versions when it comes to online and communities... Expect a game with many MMORPG elements. Internal Clock stuff is back. So are weather effects. You’ll be able to send gifts to each other just like in past games. Nintendo may hold events or contests in the future within the game. For example, seeing who can create the best t-shirt, dress, or wallpaper. And then submitting to a server provided by Nintendo. Downloadable content will be available, but not until a little after Animal Crossing’s Wii Ware launch. This downloadable content you purchase will give you bragging rights by having a more unique looking town orinterior in your house. I don’t think this will be a replacement to Tom Nook’s Shop though. You’ll be able to implement your Mii’s as your personal character. They want Animal Crossing to take advantage of many of Wii’s interface features. We could see the news channel, weather channel, and other channels implemented into the game to create a more immersive experience as a whole.

Making it a retail game is a better ideea. More content, better graphics etc. Plus, if it were to be a WiiWare game then it would have DLC which isn't good for this game if you ask me. More points to spend, less Wii memory etc.
