It's because they are rated usually by different people, usually by a person that mostly plays on that system. Not buying it? Do I care? I'm saying, I used to actually like games like Halo and Gears of War. After playing games on my PC, yes my standards and taste for games really did change. I'm not saying it did over one morning (don't put words in my mouth), but I saw how better games on PC are.

And who said anything about console gamers being idiots? I used to be a console gamer myself, and I didn't look at myself as an idiot. Once again, stop putting words in my mouth.

And if you seriously think of Halo and Gears of War as two of your favorite games, then good for you. I find GoW a very linear shooter and repetitive and short. I find Halo as a generic shooter, with nothing truly special about it. It's obvious you haven't played games like Crysis, Mafia, Crysis Warhead, Max Payne 1 and 2, Call of Duty (the first one), Fallout 1 and 2, Dues Ex, Sins of a Solar Empire, World in Conflict, Company of Heroes, StarCraft, The Witcher, Diablo 1 and 2, Far Cry 1, STALKER, etc. I could mention many more.

Well if you gonna use PC games back from the 90s, so can consolites, mario, sonic, golden axe, street fighter 2, street of rage, zelda, super metroid, castlevania, and the lists go on.

I mean thats face it, whenever we see hypes or advertisments, they are all console games. This gen alone consoles have more AAA and AA then PC (from Nov 05 till now).

Console games nowadays are just more appealing to the audiences than PC.

PS3: AAA Exclusive = 1 (counting LBP). AA exclusive = 4.

360: AAA exclusive = 4. AA exclusive = 12.

Wii: AAA exclusive = 4. AA exclusive = 7.

So, once again, PC wins by over double the amount in terms of AAA exclusives and AA exclusives. And this list if from Dec. of 05' and on to now. Don't state things that are obvious lies.

Console exclusive? seriosuly? Dead space is also out for PC... , reason I said maybe with WIC because it isn't certain to appear on teh 360, just like all those MMos that get announced for it. 2. Expansions don't count... many sequal games should count as expansions.

3. And then, they still are until they get released on another system.

On a side note, we can't compare console to PC... there's no gaming system that can play a PS3/X360/Wii games on one unique console.

1. The PC list is counted from the START of this GENERATION. And Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, Prince of Persia and Marc Ecko's Getting Up aren't counted as PC exclusive in that list. :lol:

2. They're games in their own right, and some offer just as much content, if not more than some full games. I definitely know that I've gotten more playtime out of Dawn of War: Dark Crusade than Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for example.

3. Supreme Commander flopped hard on the 360, with a 5.0. A requirement for any game or version to make that list is that it scores 8.0, otherwise it's not considered. Since the PC version was the only one that scored above 7.9, obviously it's the only one counted, so it can be considered exclusive, since it might as well be.

WiC: Soviet Assault was dropped, so it's still PC exclusive and will stay that way until they try porting it over again. And it's not like the ORIGINAL WiC would actually be discounted, WiC:SA isn't identical to it, you know. :roll:

2. Expansions most of the time carry more content then full fledged console games. i.e. a Medieval 2 expansion that carries 4 seperate campaigns.

3. SupCom is terrible on 360 and WiC AFAIK has been canceled on consoles.

The fact is exclusives will die off for the PC eventually! Fact is PC is not the "best" platform to play video games on! It's an "opinion"! So get over it! Devs are sick of Piracy on the PC. It's funny how no one takes into account what people in the industry say lmao! This is a joke! You peeps need to face the fact that BLIZZARD, CRYTEK and more will be coming to console! It's being talked about. They are sick of their games being stolen from them! Period! More and more Devs will make the jump to console along side the PC!

lol at all this. pc will always be ahead in terms of graphics, but who cares if they bring games to consoles as well? it would be more fun, because more people would play.

that said, there are some games that will just always be pc-exclusive. rts and mmo will always be dominantly pc games, and fps online games are hella fun on pc as well.

and to the guy who said i couldn't afford gaming, you would be correct sir! but it costs nothing to waste my time talking about it ;)

All games on all systems seem to be going multiplat, its not just the PC. Not only that, but the PC is more open as a platform and cheaper and easier to develop for, so that all but ensures that the PC will always have exclusive titles.
