People fail to realize NPD is USA Only. XBOX360 is still being outsold.

Link? You cant just say things like that with no proof. I will agree that PS3 outsells 360 in japan, but where is your proof from europe? ALL of Europe too, not just select regions.People fail to realize NPD is USA Only. XBOX360 is still being outsold.

Their source is "The Daily Post of Believe What You Want", where no matter who reads it, the articles always display what the reader wants to see. The high rate of article satisfaction this produces has made it the #1 seller on the internet :P
Whatever, keep your delusional goggles on, lemmings. XBOX360 is outselling PS3 worldwide... yeaaaahhh dream onWassmansdorffyes WE (protip: im not a lemming) are the delusional ones where as you, with nothing to support your theory other than the fact that you keep saying it, am the one that sees the truth of the matter :|

That's no fun!Personally, I just think it's great that we have three vibrant, competitive consoles fighting hard for our gaming dollars.

So much damage control. I love it! When the 360 had a new model and $100 price drop in Fall 2008, it outsold the Ps3 for 13 months straight. The PS3's Slim could only dominate for 2 months, before the PS3 fell back into dead last place again. And I don't think it will be leaving that spot again for the rest of the generation.
george999819
Fell back dead place. lol Are you joking or trolling?. Well the fact is that PS3 has been selling lot more since price cut vs 360. Not to mention these NPD figures are US only, not world wide. In other regions PS3 is outselling 360 by 100k margin on weekly basis. PS3 sales > 360 sales since October.
Seriously, Cows just need to give up & face the facts that they got owned because they keep bragging about the PS3 dominating the 360 ever since September where it was outselling the 360 because of the slim model & the $300 price tag. The 360 has a much bigger gaming selection than the PS3, has most multiplats that run, look, & play better on PS3, & that not everyone cares for fancy features like Blu-Ray, especially in this recession in which not everyone has online or an HDTV. The 360 is just a better overall product.
Plus I feel that most of the 27 million PS3 owners only buy the PS3 because of the Blu-Ray. Even when 360 has less exclusives than the PS3, they are still selling them by a truckload, unlike the PS3. There are also more multiplat sales on the 360 than PS3. Plus Microsoft is bringing in the bacon when it comes to each 360 being sold, while Sony is now coming up at a $5 Billion loss in their gaming division because of each PS3 being sold. Plus they still can't afford to drop the price of the PS3's, while Microsoft can do it for the 360's, & still rake in the profit off of each 360 being sold.
As for "World" sales, no one cares. NA & Europe are the biggest gaming markets out there, way more than Japan.

Well since this whole thread turned from sales this month to playing sales just in geniral why would you leave out world sales. It doesint make sense. Also "much bigger" doesint equal better if some of those games are crap. That true for everything. Again most multiplats these days are so tiny differences between the system that you dont notice things unless its your job too or if you have a machine to do so. The common eye doesint notice it. Im pretty sure if it was by 50k lems would be claiming ownage which is earned I guess since cows said it was going to destroy the 360. End of the day 110k isint a big gap for a month.

and yet you, like everyone claiming this have NO proof at allwow that actually raised my eyebrows. Just out of interest, what caused the 360s jump? I cant think of anything that happened for them, and why did MS not reveal their numbers before? ...Indie_HitmanNovember caused their jump. They've had similar Nov. numbers for 3 years now

im not going to do the work for you if you think that is a fact than bring proof to back it up your only proving tha fact that the ps3 is losing everywhere if you cant bring any proof to the table to support your claims my proof is the NDP, if the 360 is outselling the ps3 in the US who is to say, its not the global trend? you can sit there and say its not all you want but you have nothing to support your idea and thus it has no meritwow that actually raised my eyebrows. Just out of interest, what caused the 360s jump? I cant think of anything that happened for them, and why did MS not reveal their numbers before? ...Indie_Hitman
MS didn't need anything to give it a jump. It's $100 cheaper and plays nearly all the big name titles. In an economic slump where consumers are pinching pennies that's a recipe for success.
As to why MS didn't reveal their numbers, I'd venture a guess that it's because, unlike Sony, their image isn't in need of repair in NA.

The burden of proof lies on the person making factual claims. This is true in any debate anywhere.[QUOTE="george999819"]

That's NOT the way it works. It's YOU (and others in the same camp) who are making the claim, therefore the burden of proof lies on YOUR shoulders, not for others to disprove you. Who ever makes the claim and doesn't back it up, has already disproven themselves.

if you google it, you will find that ms owned branches purchase massive amount of 360's during holidays and put them up for charity.

is offcail wii won this year , by 2to 1 ratio lol
and those numbers are not worldwide ,
ps3 only wins japan , i bet ,
and 360 doesnt win anywhere
this is probably why wii is always left out of the discussion because they admit defeat
gotta love it when these fans leave out consoles that they know is winning ,
and nintendos not happy say what , ,
