Meh you just had to make this after I made my topic down there.
Microsoft - Owned. Announcing their 360 games to be on PC is self ownage.
Nintendo - Haven't seen.
Sony - Seems like full of vg montage ownage + MGS4 ownage + Killzownage!
Sony surprised a lot of people I think. Msoft may have talked about they games they have, but Sony showed the games they have.
Ninty has some interesting hardware coming out, strange and out-there, but interesting.
Now that the conferences are over... can we see some new games? 11Marcel
inFAMOUS was new, and had a bit of video shown.
[QUOTE="Magical_Guy"]I found that Sony had the best showing. As they had a lack of statistics, which made the 360's and Wii's boring at the beginning.kolobus11Theyhadnogames.JustgameswehadalreadyseenattheMSconference.
Oh really. We sure seen Killzone at the MS conference.
I agree, overall Sony had the best showing. But the most impressive title out of them all?
Lost Odyssey.
Yeh, Sony's was the best methinks. I think they were a bit liberal with the word "exclusive" when they introduced that huge list of multiplatform games, but aside from that it was very well presented. The bit with Chewbacca was just legendary.
His Holiness - theMoore was a bit cringeworthy on Rock Band, but it's nice to see them getting a few family friendly games. I always feel bad when I can't play two player games with my lil's sister because they're all far too violent for her. Party Animals should be great.
The Wii conference was just scary. Well... not the conference, but the guy presenting it. He had weird eyes... like he was trying to hide something. And why did he take such long pauses between words? I also got a bit worried about the pure concentration of controllers you now need to play on the Wii. I'd need an extension on teh house just to store them. That said, Mario Kart, Galaxy and Smash bros looked great. If I had a Wii...

Sony had the best showing...which isnt sayin much.
Other than Sony showing MGS4 killzone 2 and the only new IP of all 3 conferences....overall everything was lackluster
Lets:
Ms: Showing trailers some gameplay sceneit (which will failed miserably) and halo3.....ok oh and the framerate issue during the madden 08 showing was weak.
NInty: Shown everything we knew from the getgo and the Wii Fit( something that no one for fat gamers thinking they will lose waeight will use)...pretty much the worst of the e3
Sony: improved from last year (that's not saying much) show some trailers....and that was it...just trailers....Killzone was good but we saw taht last night and the new ip....good nothing special...
So far E3 sucks.
The conferences went as thus:
MS: Halo Halo Halo
Nintendo: Sales Montage Sales
Sony: Home Home Home
The big problem was that the "New E3" had nothing "New" in it. We had seen everything other then roughly one full game from each company (Viva Pinata minigame spinoff, Mario Kart Wii/Wii Fit, and Infamous). Nintendo barely spent any time on the games, MS showed only games we had already seen lots of, and Sony had no demonstrations at all, and barely spent any time on each game.
Worst E3 ever so far. All three conferences were just dire. Let's hope the show floor shows a lot more interesting stuff then green Xbox 360s from MS, endless pie charts from Nintendo and very slow walking in Home from Sony.

Obviously not that. Imeant a majority of the games. Use some damn common sense next time. All of em sucked. And Sony's sucked the most. IT was boring and had nothing newsworthy.kolobus11You must've missed Microsofts and Nintendos. Sony delivered this year.I expect the media(The biased ones) to try and downplay them, but in the end, those who watched E3 will know what happened.
None were better than the other because they all sucked. Sony had boring games and overused Home, Microsoft demoed some cool games but announced some crap games, and Nintendo's was just crap.kolobus11
Nintendo = Failure of epic proportions
Microsoft = Boring rehash with mutiplatform titles
Sony = First Party excellence + home. Triumph

Werent they focused on games for the rest of this year....?
Microsoft's was suprisingly lacking in Halo and focusing on crap like SceneIt.The conferences went as thus:
MS: Halo Halo Halo
Nintendo: Sales Montage Sales
Sony: Home Home Home

If Sony would have shown their statistic it would of made them look bad. This is why they stuck to games.
[QUOTE="ithilgore2006"]Microsoft's was suprisingly lacking in Halo and focusing on crap like SceneIt.Not Halo as in Halo 3's trailer, but jsut the way they kept taking a few minutes to talk about how great it is. They were going on about the "awesome storyline" (?) and how it's one of the biggest franchises in gaming at the moment. It got tiresome as fast as Nintendo's sales talk and Sony's endless strolling in Home. The conferences went as thus:
MS: Halo Halo Halo
Nintendo: Sales Montage Sales
Sony: Home Home Home

Just games we had already seenat the MS conference. 360's and wii's were borring Ant M$ claiming multiplat as exclusives  Also Nintendo,my god! wth was that *tisk tisk tisk.
Sony in a way,was in a league by their selves and weren't.Out of the whole conference Sony actualy,if you think about it they may have showed alot of gameply and videos, director cuts. They were the only one's that got to the point really.
