Okie dokie, God of War 3 is now worthy. Dream Theater doing music for the game.

Cool, good band.

I played the GoW demo and it's freaking insane. The music, atmosphere, sound, everything is just epic. I loved it.

How come all these metal bands seem to have the same awful generic cookie monster vocals plus the guitar playing as an Olympic sport?

I'm sure there are metalheads that love this stuff and I appreciate that,it just sounds the same to me though and I wouldn't want to listen to this when I'm playing GOW3 tbh.

It's just one song, so I don't know why everyone is getting all excited or depressed... it's not like all the music in God of War 3 is going to be Dream Theater. Knowing how these things normally turn out, it will probably suck anyway, but I'm hoping it's good.

eh, I've always respected their musicianship, but I've always been more of a fan of bands like cynic, behold the arctopus, and blotted science when it comes to progressive/technical music. I'd even go as far to say I like the mars volta more than dream theater !! but dream theater in god of war? that should be very interesting.
