Out of all the BIG games coming out this holiday, which one will flop?

what the title says, which big game do you think wont meet hype.

i dont think any will flop, maybe rage but im an optimistic lol so i have high hopes

All but Skyward Sword

Uncharted most likely because of Tom by looking athis recent opinion of certain sequels to new IP's.

After playing the betas for Gear s3 and Uncharted 3, I wouldn't be surprised if they both flop.

any nintendo made game sells so i definatelly cant say zelda will flop, even wii music sold so ya can never count nintendo for a 10 count at least this gen

and im going with uncharted 3 based on the current state of ps3 exclusives they never seam to take off the way people say oh this will be year of the ps3 it has never been the case

i asure you that will never change , no body likes the ps3 that much and i cant say 360 is doing any betterb ecause their both littered with fpses

thats bad for the market i can tell you that

if 360 and ps3 had a more variety it be where wii is now

or neck and neck with it ,

but their both just breaking the 55 million mark , sad for the 360 cause it had a year head start

and ps3 tailing it , hmm cant be too good of a gen for microsoft at all to be honest, but game sales have never been for sony ,

i think gt5 tm and a few that do sell sell because people play them more

then uncharted or killzone.bet the best news out of all this no body does flops better then 2k/3d realms -duke nukem for ever haha

That is all. I'll keep dreamin' because nothing so far (haven't played the MP beta yet) seems 9.0+ worthy.

I can't see SS getting more than 8.5 since it has motion controls.

It's very possible that Uncharted 3 will flop. It's not going to be as groundbreaking as UC2, and it doesn't look like a whole lot of new stuff is being added.

I agree with AC though, I doubt it will score more than an 8.0.

Doesn't really matter though, as I'm getting both 8)

That and it's even more simplified/consolized than Oblivion.

Remember Infamous 2 and how nobody thought it will flop. I doubt think people should hype UC3 to the extreme just yet.

Gears of War 3 or Uncharted 3. Or both.

Well it definitely won't be Uncharted 3 or Gears of War 3 for sure.

Even though it's not listed, the biggest game of them all, Modern Warfare 3 will flop.

Never said I haven't finished them. I would've enjoyed Oblivion, but it was horribly broken without mods. I would've enjoyed Fallout 3, but it too had too many game breaking bugs (F'ing Gamebyro needs to die.) I do however enjoy New Vegas, but so far haven't had a single problem that made me go look for a mod to fix it.

i still have a weird feeling about Twisted Metal.

its an awesome game and its rating is 83 on metacritic

if your able to play em then they arent game breaking bugs. if you got stuck somehow without being able to progress furtherr then thats a game breaking bugTH1Sx1SxSPARTA

I know what the difference is. Then there's also how bad the gameplay is for a certain game.

[spoiler] Oblivion - Wasn't able to progress in the storyline with getting city support against defending/repelling the portals because this one guy wanted his son to come out alive from the portal. He did. Somehow it ended up saying he died and broke the remaining quests. Couldn't reload saves to go back further because I'd get the same error. There were many other errors just like this. Not to mention combat was completely stupid. One of the worst, if not the worst, combat schemes I've played. I had to download a mod to fix it. Sorry but a rat I fought at level 1 shouldn't have the same health as me at level 50. [/spoiler]

Fallout 3 - Random crashes, NPC errors, quests randomly stopping, interaction with quest items were broken. At least this time I could reload saves and progress.

Fallout New Vegas - Only problem I've had was the performance issue, which isn't even severe. Most of it was the random stuttering for no reason while turning. Then again Obsidion developed it, not Bethesda.

RAGE seems like a for-sure flop. That and Deus Ex.

No game is safe from a flop, especially the ones in the poll. I think the most likely to flop is UC 3, but the others have a good chance as well.
