[QUOTE="SeanBond"]Every single hermit that makes this tired statement clearly isn't a fan of many of the genres consoles are most famous for (and yes, the same can be said for console fanboys). Let's face it: If you're a fan of sports games, platformers, certain types of adventure games, JRPGs, or Nintendo's first party games, the PC isn't even an option. This (and the issue of not wanting to tinker with my PC) is the primary reason I don't play PC games, and until this is no longer an issue, I'll still be spending the majority of my time/money on consoles rather than my PC.
Just to be clear, I think we all understand here that the PC has certain irrefutable advantages over consoles, but it's FAR from being the ultimate solution for gaming.

I am a true Hermit (I own only PC games) and I am a fan of sports games, some JRPGs, Nintendo first party games, but I refuse to get a console. I believe they should come to me, not me to them. I don't allow myself to enjoy them simply because I would consider it a betrayel of my platform. This is not sarcasm, this is my honest opinion.
...A betrayel of your platform? If you are a true gamer, you'll want to play as many games as possible. Who cares if you betray the PC? Gaming is a hobby. Hobbies are things you do in your free time to have FUN. You should limit your fun just so you can stay loyal to something that doesn't even matter.
