PC Owns all in 2009: Part 2

All the games I listed are 7.0 or higher and are not available on PC.

And if you don't like RTS? You're stuck with Sims 3 and Zeno Clash for 09? :|

Please list some more games before you audaciously claim PC destroys everything on consoles for 09.

Dragon Age Origins will most likely be at its best on the PC. And if you've been watching this game, you know that it's an absolute must have (well, if you're an RPG fan).

Sims 3? Are you serious? Starcraft II yes... but Sims 3?DPhunkT

Since the first one was locked due to lack of content, here you go:

1. Empire Total War

2. Dawn of War 2

3. Men of War

4. Starcraft 2- (atleast one part should be released)

5. Sims 3

6. Anno 1404

7. Demigod

8. Zeno Clash

These alone destroy everything on consoles. PC- System of every year! I dare you to prove me wrong.

The pc should be called the delaystation due to the number of late console ports it now gets. The worst part is that the pc version is the most likely to have bugs. See GTAIV as a class a example.

Oh and you forgot about the only pc game that I will be buying this year next to starcraft: Diablo 3.

Even with gems like Diablo the PC is still a sad shell of its former self. Only sims, warcraft and rts fans have anything to get excited about.

It's actually easier than you think it is. Sure, you need to have some motor skills and the ability to follow directions, but if you can do that, you've got yourself a (decent) PC.

TBH there isn't anything that really interests me currently on any platform.

PC is still the king, because of the AMAZING back catalogue. I have too many games to play even during this drought.

I thought this was supposed to be about games, there's like two pages about hardware.

Empire Total War is the only game on that interest me and apart that and Star Craft it's a pretty weak list.

All anybody has to do is go to Adrian Werner's Why its good to be a PC Gamer in 09 and see that the list blows away all consoles combined. http://adrianwerner.wordpress.com/games-of-2009/

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! A Reckless Disregard for Gravity- I just played the Alpha version which you can download in the makers site for free and is very addictive game and something different

But if you want to see whats coming this year on pc here is a list. Just because most pc games dont get hyped to hell and back it doesnt mean that they are bad or that there is a lack of them

I'm into RPGs, and I don't see Final Fantasy XIII or White Knight Chronicles on the PC, so no thanks.

Yeah it is easy to "build it"... but configuring it in the BIOS is a whole other beast... it seems easy to me now like it does for all PC enthusiast... but the first time I built a PC, I damn near fried everything trying to figure out the BIOS...

Yeah, but after those 6 months... you need to buy a PS3's price worth of new hardware to run those advancements... not a really big deal in the past few years (because the standard has been x16/LGA775)... but lookat i7... those blow everything away now, but to take advantage of them... you need to upgrade your mobo (to x58) and RAM (to DDR3), which wasn't the case since 2002ish... I have had the same motherboard and ram in my PC for almost 3 years now... but if I want to upgrade anymore... I need to replace all of my parts... which will cost well over $700 (x58 ~$200, i7 ~$200, DDR3 ~$100-200 *depending on amount*, GPU ~$200-$300)..
