A: Better Multiplayer with Dedicated Servers.
Console still use a outdated host/peer to peer system, in short someones 360 or Ps3 will host the game. While PC's users can connect to a Dedicated Server dedicated to run the game, with high speed internet and proper Hardware. No this dosen't cost developers money since anyone can host a dedicated server, some a company can even host a dedicated server and rent it out making money.
Dedicated Servers Pros.
1. A lot better latency.
2. Better hitboxes.
3. Admins that ban douchebags that don't follow the rules.
4. Restrictions of Weapons, Perks, Talents, Equipment ect...
5. Community Maps.
6. Community Mods.
7. Some sort of Master Server list.
8. SDK's aka you can make your own content.
9. More players.
10. Greater Reliability.
11. Greater Performance.
12. And a lot more.
This is why the pc community got pissed off when Mw2 decided to skip dedicated servers and mod tools to make them buy content.
B: Better Quality and Better Graphics.
PC can have a lot higher resolution and other graphical settings that really get the eyecandy pumping. Consoles only run games at 720p or lower, no console game runs 1080p native well except some tennis games and downloadable games. Also other gimmicks like physx's.
Even multi platforms games not developed mainly for pc will look better even in this gif due the higher resolution.
A lot of console games isn't even half hd.
Some Examples.
Halo 3 - 1152x640
Mw 2 - 1024x600 "on both 360 and Ps3"
Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - 1024x600 on 360, 1280x720 on Ps3
Gta 4 - 1152x640 on ps3, 1280x720 on 360
C: A lot more accessories.
Some people dislike the keyboard and mice and say that a controller is a lot better. Sure! I agree that a controller is a lot better for some game, but don't forget that you also can hook up your 360 controller to the pc not to mention thousands of other controllers and devices.
Other pc accessories.
1. Joysticks.
2. Racing wheels, pedals, gearboxes, handbreaks.
3. Headtracking devices.
4. Mouses
5. Keyboards.
And of course it exists hundreds if not thousands in some of the categories.
D: More games and digital distribution.
Yes there is countless of pc exclusives overlooked in all kinds of genres. Of course the biggest ones being RTS and MMORPGS. But the most overlooked in the Simulations not considered as games due the high **** by some. Pc games is in general a lot cheaper to. Xbox 360 exclusives also tend to sip out to the pc market.
You also don't need to worry about digital media when you can use digital distribution like steam. That also removes a lot of the issues that rookie pc gamers don't understand, like patching and updating.
Piracy as major problem it happens all the time platform games is delayed for pc for the sole purpose of "selling more" and console games also get more attention. Some people simply don't but the game for console when they know it can be downloaded on pc so publishers can on purpose delay multiplatform pc games and add painfull drm's to the games.
E: Entusiast hardware.
You can really juice up your pc if you got the cash for it. Triple monitors, 4 graphics cards, insane resolutions or even bunch them all together. Why not buy a proper steering wheel and play racing games on triple monitors for the ultimate rush. Or why not play a simulator with real time headtracking and a joystick?

F: The cost of a PC.
A lot of people complains that a pc is more expensive. Of course is true, a pc will never be cheaper then a console. But you can still get a proper pc for 700$ or lower if you want to, but you can do a lot more both gamingvise and other computer related stuff like video editing, surfing the web other software ect ect.
You can also choose your own design and hardware, case, processor, graphic cards ect ect to fit your needs. Or even mod your computer.
The price is the consoles biggest advantage since they are super easy to produces, consoles get all hardware on a single pcb and all consoles are the same making it a lot cheaper and easier to optimize for a console. But games and accessories will be a lot cheaper since you can be charged more. It's also good for kids or rookies since they wont get viruses and the interface is super easy.
Or if you got some spare time you can do something like me, cheap and unique. http://kotaku.com/5621454/fallouts-pc-casemod
G: Do i hate consoles?
Now why would i do that? They are cheap and i don't want to miss out on exclusives. I tend to use the 360 more due to the simple fact that everyone plays on it and we are all microsofts suckers for paying for multiplayer... We are geting milked as cows for something that should be free. Never had a single issue with the ps3 silent and nice also wireless.
I had a wii, but it got boring fast.
Feels free to discuss or fight me to the death.
