I want to see character trophies, soundtracks, mini games, and a robust online (something that this will definitely be better at than SSBB), tons of options to set up fights, items, stages galore, and an interesting single player.

I have high hopes for this game, and who cares if Sony copies an idea, they're tons of cross overs out there, SSB isn't the only one.

Anyway. I'll keep an eye on it - I'm not really interested in another fighting game, but I like the crossover aspect - hopefully there are enough characters in it to pique curiosity.

That is how they will get it to work with all of those characters from different series to make them reletively similar in terms of power. In Super Smash Bros. series Samus has to be dumbed down because she can easily kill every other Nintendo character that was playable in Super Smash Bros. series. Kratos will have to do the same thing.

Some characters have to get stronger then they actually are just so they can meet in the middle interms of how strong they are in game compared to how strong they are outside of the game.

But it wouldn't matter depending on how well the one player is they can still easily defeat somebody that isn't as good.

Can't really imagine a good franchise mash-up brawler like SBB without the charm.

Couldn't they just release LBB (Little Big Brawl) and have all Sackboy versions of popular franchise characters? I also prefer that name over PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale :Pwraigth

I do not like fighting games all that much unless it is like Tekken or Super Smash Bros. If this is like Tekken, I could probably really get into it. If it is like SSB, I would probably play through it just for the missions and unlocking different characters.

I am sure there are enough interesting Playstation characters to keep me playing (if it is on PS3, I might not play this. If VITA, I def will play this). Tbh, I have not played SSB since the first on n64 and the other on GC. Those days, I only really got excited and knew about the Pokemon characters. The majority of other characters in SSB where just interesting new faces that came up. (I suppose, the same pleasent feelings of being surprised cold have been said everytime I played a new Tekken.) After Sweet Tooth, Sly Cooper, etc. I will just be interested to see what cool new characters are unlocked.

Also, did any Playstation Characters recieve a cartoon series in the 90's? It seems like Crash Banidcoot should have had something like the old Sonic cartoons,

I can not wait to see the day Nintendo collaborates with Playstation on the next SSB (or w/e) just to see the look on faces of geeks like you when Nathan Drake tags in for Mario ... to beat up Ganondorf. xD Peach beating up a Wipeout vehicle (like in SF) would be cool too, I guess.

Actually, cross franchisine stuff was already sort of the case with Snake, wasn't it? Up until that point, MGS was primarly established as a Playstation title (still sort of is).
