pokemon black & white starters reveal

I love the designs honestly, looking like it'll be some of my favorite starters.

I'll wait till I see what they evolve into, or if those scans are fake.

As of now, 4th gen starters > 3rd gen starters > 1st gen starters > 2nd gen starters

I don't like the water starter. In fact, I reall dislike it. I do like the other two designs though; we'll see which one I start with.

I think they are much better than the fake scans.. I really like the grass and fire type ones.

I think people are being a bit harsh, of course they're the worst starters ever but the starters and pokemon overall have got worse after each gen, I can't even name most of the sinnoh ones they were so bad. Of course they're going to run out of ideas. Anyway the Grass one is decent enough but the snow ball and the pig are probably some of the worst looking pokemon.Clank-PS-Snake

Eh, they're kinda lame, but they're a helluva lot better than the Johto starters (read: 2nd gen.) The Sinnoh's are probably the best, but who knows? These starters could end up being pretty cool.

I'm with you, expect for Mudkip. Best starter ever, especially its final evolution of Swampert, whose typing is pretty awesome for competitive play.

The designs are fine, people have been overreacting on the starter designs since the 3rd gen.

Is it really that hard to come up with a non-lame starting three? I'm a huge pokemon fan and here's how I see it... 1st gen = all awesome 2nd gen = all awesome 3rd gen = meh... Treeko was good though, he turns into sceptile 4th gen = terrible 5th gen = they better evolve into something awesomeDA_B0MB

What? First gen was awesome because they were the originals. 2nd gen were horrible, design-wise and now especially competitively. 3rd gen was bad except for Mudkip, who turned into the competitively powerful Swampert. Sceptile was useless. 4th gen kinda sucks, Piplup and its final evoluion could be useful for UU.

the fake ones were an abomination, and those ones are even worse, next time nintendo shouldn't let a 5 year old kid come up with the design

gen 2 was the best, then gen 1, gen 3 wasent bad either, because of treeco and mudkip , but OMG gen 4 and 5 are fugly.

lets hope they make a remake of sapphire and ruby that uses the same engine
