Or 15 dollars EVERY MONTH to have friends. What a rip-off. I'd rather go out and socialize to make friends than grind my Elven Rogue up to level 73 to complete an instance with some of myhardcore 1337 still-in-junior-high WoWz0rs friends. Seriously. What is the sense of accopmlishment you receive from hacking and slashing your way up tothe nextlevel just to......hack and slash your way to the level after that?

I just don't understand the level grinding process of WoW.

Ok, if I can't defeat a boss in my typical RPG i'll simply slay enemies around the area to accumulate XP and level up to a point where I can progress through that area of the game. I'll grind through that small portion of the game.

I don't, however, see how level grinding can be the basis of a game. What's the point of gaining these levels?

I guess at one point you can say "OMG L00k @ teh loW LEveL n00Bz!!!!111".

I haven't played any of the Castlevania games. Ninja Gaiden is another series I haven't played except for the first one on the Xbox for an hour. Also, any blizzard game from Starcraft and Warcraft and lastly the KOTOR games (didn't own an Xbox).

Not only WOW can be over-simplified, every game can.

Think about it in every game ever created ,that is action oriented, you go to an area you kill enemies, you advance to the second area, you kill more enemies, advance to the third are, and guess what? Yes! Kill more enemies, and so on and on and on, until the end of the game.

I guess all gamers are boring nerds with no lifes, that go around the Interwebs, calling other people N00Bz.:roll:

Halo series

Kingdom Hearts series

Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper, and Kingdom Hearts. All of which look great, and I've been playing PS2 more than anything lately, so I'll probably pick them up. I'm sure there is a million other series that are great that I havent checked out.

Metal Gear Solid games. Just don't really like the genre too much.

Also haven't played any of the Suikoden games, but I would love to pick those up.

GTA, Metal Gear, Final Fantasy (I got about 2-3 hours into X, then lost interest), Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Virtua Fighter, Dead or Alive (not a fighter fan), Castlevania, Mega Man (I tried, but I wasn't even able to beat the easy Robot Masters), Warcraft, Diablo, Baldur's Gate, Fallout (I'll get around to playing 3 pretty soon here) Devil May Cry, Ninja Gaiden (yet; I just bought Dragon Sword and I'll soon get Black), God of War, Gears of War, Rainbow Six, Quake, Unreal, Prince of Persia, Ratchet & Clank, Jak & Daxter, Guitar Hero, Gran Turismo...

I suck at gaming.
