You can't emulate it to add points to your gamer score, and there aren't any official plans for a PC version.ok i can say that a console cant play WOW or the superior version of WiC or orange box and i believe that emulating will allow achievements
LOL You said name something, and I did. Sig me.the emulate will allow achievements so it does not count
Make my wife stop b1+(h!ng that I spend too much time on the computer. Did I win?DrSquishySure it can. Step 1: Pick it up. Step 2: swing.
[QUOTE="Shift05"]are you reguired to use it when you play games online on the PC?VandalvideoBeing required and being standard are two entirely different concepts.
I can play games on the PC with steam or Xfire or others... But on the 360 XBL is the standard. Whenever I play with someone online I will always be able to find them on the 360, but thats not the case for PC online.

no, you're topic title doesn't make sense. Want a cookie?
But since you wanna be a persistent fanboy, I guess i'll be serious this time around.
You really want to know what a console can do that a PC can't?
Play WiiFit. Now shut up, sit in a corner and go cry about a flaw that the PC has. You make humans look pathetic with fanboyish ways..

Xfire isn't the standard PC online application or whatever you call it, thats what I'm trying to say.
Ah but it is. It comes with all new games.Doesn't come on the OS and doesn't intergrate aswell as your profile does on the 360 and PS3.

emulate
You could emulate if you had a $10,000 computer and you were a very very good programer, but you don't meet either requirement so you fail. You can't emulate themotion sensing.Admit the ownage.Kardinal47Actually, the wiimote is fully workable with the PC right now. I don't see the wiifit board as a periphal not being able to be used.
Doesn't come on the OS and doesn't intergrate aswell as your profile does on the 360 and PS3.Tasman_basicBut it is the most widely used and common service. IE standard.
[QUOTE="Vandalvideo"][QUOTE="AfterShafter"]Play games without installing them. (Well, PS3 brings an end to this, but all prior consoles).AfterShafterVista actually allows the streaming from discs.
Only thoughs that support it and right now I belive that is ah .... NON! In the case of Crysis (wich will do it alegedly) it will install in the beackground while you play away.
Emulation Software is always years behind the consoles. To answer every answer with "Emulator" is retarded.
There is no Xbox 360 or PS3 Emulator out and won't be for YEARS. So if your plan is to wait and play a 5 year old game on the PC with emulation then your a retard.

enjoy your 7 day holiday btw that should be enough to master the mad depth of the mario party and be world tournament ready

Standard is defined as the generally used service or most common service. Xfire comes with all new games and is the most widely used service. It is standard.I got "an average or normal requirement, quality, quantity, level, grade, etc." for the definition of Standard from the dictionary. Xfire is not a requirement to play online games, as well I would say Steam is about as big as Xfire making it not the standard for online gaming on the PC.

, here we go. Consoles can play multiple DVD games without installing. PCs can't. Can the jughead who started this thread do whatever he said he'd do and shut up now? AfterShafterWho knows, there could be third party software out there that does that.

the idea is that the pc gamer can go into the store, buy the balance board, emulate wiifit on the pc, a process which would involving adapting bluetooth in the balance board so that the computer would be able to use it. Same as the wiimote. So wii emulation would have to involve buying wii controllers[QUOTE="UserFrenly_Noob"]Vista actually allows the streaming from discs.[QUOTE="AfterShafter"][QUOTE="Vandalvideo"][QUOTE="AfterShafter"][QUOTE="Vandalvideo"][QUOTE="AfterShafter"]Play games without installing them. i dont think there are games on 2 games to play it and what you forget is you can copy to your drive(takes like 2 mins) and stream without installing
Current PS2 emulation is buggy, you can't even play half of the games, it's complicated, and pretty unstable, so if you want to wait for over 7 years to play Halo 3 at 15 fps and constantly crashing be my guest.SuperVegeta518Actualyl there is one out there that supports about 88 percent of PS2 games.
